insomnia chapter
"hello, y/n." he said with a smile
"hello."
"i'm daniel, your father."
"i know." y/n frowned
"i'm here because something happened to your mother."
"i know." y/n said, again
"can you go into the car, with your sister, please?" daniel asked
y/n took lillians hand, walked a few steps and slid into the car
"so what happened?" y/n heard daniel ask the officer, outside of the home.
"she jumped off of the bridge, only way we knew that there were children, is because she left a note." he passed a very poorly taken care of letter
"any motive?" daniel took it, his voice cracking
"no. but we're guessing that it had something to do with being overwhelmed."
"i see, thank you." daniel said, before stepping away and heading to the car
he entered the vehicle, and sighed
"i'm sorry, girls, i know this is going to be very hard to take in, and it may take time but-" he said and looked at the two of them in the back "i hope we can be a happy family."
and with that he started the car and headed to y/n's new found, "home"
