The double consonants are ㄲ, ㄸ, ㅃ, ㅆ, ㅉ they may seem similarly and yes they are similar because their just double the single consonants but in these ones you'll have to put a bit more force and stress but not too much until you sound like your angry just use a bit more stress when your saying a word with a double consonant
ㄲ= gg
ㄸ=dd
ㅃ=bb
ㅆ=ssh
ㅉ=jj
