Today my 36 weeks completed and I was heavily pregnant. I was walking and roaming around like penguin still getting midnight cravings. In short, I looked like a whale.
With a huff I sat down on the couch in living room finally trying to sleep. Not that I don't but I'm always freaking tired. I am aware that the baby is going to come soon and yes we did not do any gender reveal we want it to be surprise.
Elian was at work and I though of calling him, looking around I can't find my phone but I do remember getting from room. Trying to slowly stand up I saw my phone resting on the table in front of couch. Here goes my memory.
I stretched my hand to take the phone still in laying down position I couldn't reach. Great just great!. I stretched my hand a little farther and I screamed in agony. I can't breathe, oh no whats wrong. Maids come running and guards calling someone but I couldn't think anything when like a ton of bricks the realization hits me, My baby is coming and I was ready to deliver him/her.
I reached hospital but the pain and cramp was worse than me on a period. Every 5 minutes I got terrible cramp and doctors did nothing to help, they said it is required for baby to come down my V way. Elian was in meeting and he left the meeting and was already on the way to reach. Just as I thought this another cramp started and that was when Elian came in the room barging and shouting at the doctor to help me, I could've laughed at doctor's expression looking at Elian like he is crazy, if I wasn't in pain.
He was by side holding my hand and telling me to take deep breaths just like doctor said.
"OK so, It is 3.5cm dilated and we need to wait another few hours until it dilates till 4.5cm." Doctor said looking at the screen.
"Are you crazy?!!" Elian shouted obviously now knowing what this means.
"Elian, it makes the baby comes out a little less difficult so it necessary to be dilated--" I was speaking when Doctor interrupted me.
"Yes, that's right and then it will be stitched so nothing to worry about."
He says like stitching my V area is most easy, I am going to have a hell a lot of pain. I promise I will not have another baby, one is just fine.
"Ohhh" Elian spoke after a while taking every word doctor said.
I screamed again when I felt another cramp and this went for another few hours and now it was evening and I was tired, no no, veryyyy tired.
Doctor came in again like every few minutes checking up how long will it take and when he said "Its time" I guess my heart skipped a beat, all the tiredness and worries vanished.
Elian was by my side all the time holding my hand. Another cramp came when nurses and doctors rushed inside with various medical accessories.
"Okay Mrs. you have start pushing when I count till one okay."
I nodded unable to speak with the pain.
"Push in Three, Two, One"
I started pushing for what felt like 15-20 minutes when I was officially ready to fade in darkness.
I looked up at Elian and he was about to cry, I squeezed his hand for assurance that I'm fine when I heard loud cry of the baby, my head whipped forward to meet my baby all bloodied and still it was beautiful, I couldn't stop my own cry when nurses gave the baby to me saying "Its a Girl"
I held her carefully in my arms while doctors and nurses started stitching the area baby came from and cut the umbilical cord.
I gave my beautiful daughter in Elian's hand and saw him crying for the second time till now, one on our wedding and second is today. My heart bursts with happiness and joy seeing him holding a baby so carefully like he is afraid of anything will disturb her peaceful sleep and I drifted off to sleep.
I opened my eyes to the sunlight in the room and looked around to see all baby stuff and pile of my own clothes and toiletries arranged neatly, I searched for my girl and Elian and found he was holding her in his arms with my daughter covered in pink blanket. The girl already has her father wrapped around her little finger, I smiled at the thought.

I want her now Elian had her for whole night, I can't believe I slept the whole night and feeling refreshed already. Today mom, dad and all of the guest would visit to our baby girl.
"Elian" I spoke but no he was in deep sleep and hearing my voice my baby squirmed and that woke him up.
"shhh" he started cradling her in her arms when she burst out loud crying and I hold my hand out to him to give her to me. He looked up and saw that I woke up all smiling at both of them.
"I want her back, feed her till I get fresh n up and her guards will come in soon to introduce them to you." He said as if it was most casual thing and started walking away.
"Wait" I said and started feeding the baby and she stopped crying instantly.
"Are you crazy? She is just born not even 24hours ago and you had her guards, you've gotta be kidding me!!." I whisper shouted at him and he seemed unfazed.
"She needs to be protected what if the kids, no, boys kids, come in the hospital room to see her, she can't be left unprotected. And no more questions." with that he walked away.
I laughed at his stupid thinking of small boys when my girl is just born 12 hours ago, she definitely has her father wrapped around her little finger. There was a knock at the door and I started covering myself and baby feeding and said to come in.
Opening the door mom and dad came in and the same time baby was full she left me and started tugging the blanket with her small fingers. Mom and dad laughed and came closer when I gave her to them.
"What did you name her?" Mom said her eyes twinkling with happiness.
"Evelyn" Elian said proudly walking in the room. I couldn't disagree it was a beautiful name but wait did he name her himself as if sensing my thoughts " I liked the name Evelyn and I have given her nickname too its "Eva" or "Eve" and you were sleeping so i thought this name was best." He said looking away as if I would shout at him.
I laughed "Yes, that's a beautiful name for a beautiful girl" mom said and dad was holding her and speaking to her as if she could understand. What a crazy men this family has I shook my head smiling at all of them. My beautiful perfect family.
Mom and Dad talked to us for while until they decided it was best that I take rest and left to have lunch.
"Give her to me" Elain said and took her away from me in far corner talking to her and she was making baby noises. I couldn't wait until she grows up and shout at him for being so possessive.
Again I decided to sleep for a while as I have already had lunch and Elian was taking care of her. I know I am not going to get enough time with her as he will always want to hold her but I couldn't be anymore happy.
