New Enemy

After a week of what happened , Trek and Aoki went to visit Riff and ask him why he did that .

"Hey Riff , you ok ?" Asked Trek .

"No not in any way." He replied.

" You feel bad don't you ?" Asked Aoki .

"I killed a frickin person , of course I am !"  Said Riff .

"Then why did you do it ?" Inquired Aoki .

" I did NOT mean to kill him , I wanted to injure him to feel the same way as I did . His dad jumped out of nowhere " said Riff.

" Let's go back to the tower ."

At the tower , they were all there just glancing at each other in weird silence .

Riff and Ikor couldn't even look at each other so Eron took Ikor to a room and Trek took Riff to another .

Aoki stayed beside the elastar . Suddenly everything went dark and Aoki heard whooshing sounds around her , then saw a shadow circling around .

Aoki got ready to fight whatever that was . She felt like getting shot by an arrow , she shouted painfully then fell unconscious.

"What is wrong ?" Asked Trek as he left Riff in the other room .

" Aoki !" He exclaimed as the rest came to check her out .

"What is wrong , what happened ?!" Asked Riff holding Aoki as she woke up .

"After you left ... I saw a shadow ... It attacked me ... "She said feeling pain .

"Aoki ! Your eye ... It's-" Said Eron

"What is wrong with it ?" She interrupted .

Then Eron handed her the compass , she looked at her reflection in the metal part of it .

" Oh no !" She said her left eye was turning black .

" I am getting possessed .... That shadow , was the darkan we were waiting for...its killing me from the inside ." She said feeling pain from the inside .

"No ... Aoki ... There must be a way to cure you ." Said Riff.

"If you weren't too bothered to look at me we wouldn't have gotten out of the room and leave Aoki . It's your fault ." Said Ikor .

"You almost pounced at me the moment you saw me . It's not my fault." Said Riff

." Stop fighting . Please.  That is my last wish for you ." She said feeling weaker .

" Aoki please hold on ." Said Eron his eyes filling up with tears

." I might last a few days ."  She said . Riff and Ikor looked at each other spitefully ,

Eron noticed that look . "Let's go, Ikor please find a book about cureing darkness ." He said .

"Good idea ." Ikor replied and they all went searching in the books of the tower .

The mad looks continued, so they chose to separate them again .

"Riff , I think you should stay with Aoki ."suggested Trek .

"I will go too."Said Ikor .

"We need you here , you know the library more than us ." Said Eron .

After many hours of searching , nothing was useful , all they found is a book about the history of darkans , which was fake .....

Aoki felt weaker and weaker as time passed after 17 hours she wasn't able to stand .

The next day , Eron woke up first feeling very bad .

He found Aoki sleeping in the Elastar room .

"Why is she sleeping here ?... Wait... "he thought then ran to Aoki .

" Aoki ... Wake up , you are scaring me... Are you ok ? Aoki "he started shaking her .

"Guys wake up , Aoki is not waking up!"

They all ran to the room after getting up .

"Aoki !" Everyone exclaimed .

"She..is...DEAD !" Said Trek with complete traumatization .

Riff and Ikor lost their minds .

They left their bracers in the tower and left it

." Where the BLOODY HELL do you think you are going ?! " said Trek blocking the way out .

"Let us through ." Said Riff

." No !" Shouted Trek

"I said let us THROUGH !" Said Riff punching him out of the way .

Trek fell and hit his head with one of the stairs and fell unconscious. 

3 hours later , Trek woke up and found Eron sitting in a corner crying .

Trek sat beside him ." Could you kill me please ?" Asked Eron .

No! Why?" Asked Trek .

"I always wanted to run away from fights , but they seem to follow me to my doorstep." Said Eron .

"What ?" Asked Trek sobbing. "You know , I am the clown of the group , and like any clown , I hide the deepest secrets and fears under my smile and silly jokes ." He replied.

"you hate fights between friends don't you ?" Trek said .

"We were more like ... A family ... That is now broken apart . " Said Eron

"I really wish I could quit , but that won't make any difference."

"Well ... I feel like quitting too but now the world depends on only 2 of us , who knows what those 2 might do now. Stay strong buddy , I know it is hard but we have to . For Aoki , who wished they'd stop fighting as her last words ... What a shame this has to be like this " said Trek.

"Wait ... I bet they will drive their tribes to war ! We have to stop them !" Said Eron.

As they ran out of the tower , it gave a bright flash of light from the inside but they were too busy to think about it .
