Come on Anzu! - Chapter 1

Anzu was putting all her stuff together and packing her bags, she was about to go to Uchiura with her best friend Mitsu.

"Err, okay... that's a little high up ther— wahhh" Anzu yelled as she fell onto her butt off the chair she was standing on. "Ughh, now I feel like Mitsu..." Anzu said, quickly placing her head in her palm. Mitsu was really clumsy and careless most of the time, Anzu would have thought she was some kind of weirdo by now, but they were too close for Anzu to think any of that, she might look cold on the outside, but on the inside she was extremely caring and loving of her friends and family. Anzu would do anything to protect them. Anzu sighed and got up from the ground and stood back up on the chair, this time making sure she was very careful not to fall. "Ahh, there we go!" She said finally reaching the skirt she had been trying to grab off the top shelf in her closet. She finally got everything together and she grabbed her bags, ready to head out to meet Mitsu.

"Sweetie, are you ready to go?" Anzu's father asked.
"Okay, Dad! I'm ready, I'll see you in 3 days. Love you, bye!" Anzu said walking down the stairs to go to meet Mitsu.
"Love you too!" Anzu's father said waving goodbye to Anzu, as he shut the door.
Anzu got in her car and drove to the park, where she was meeting Mitsu and her family.

Anzu turned on the radio and was listening to her favorite songs. Then the next song started playing "I say... Hey, Hey, Hey START:DASH" came from the radio. "Ughh" Anzu said, shutting off the radio. 'What's with the dumb idol music?' She thought to herself, Anzu was never one for... idols. Although her friend Mitsu had a secret obsession with them that Anzu never knew about.
'You know... it seems like something Mitsu would like... I swear to god if she likes these stupid idols—' Anzu turned the radio back on. 'Hmm, I guess it's not that bad of a song... but there's no way I'm ever gonna listen to some stupid idol girls on the radio. Idols have no feelings anyway, they only care about their pretty makeup and fancy costumes! Like they'd ever understand what it's like...' Anzu thought in anger.
"Waaah! Focus Anzu! Focus!" She said after almost hitting into a street light. 'I really am turning into Mitsu, aren't I?' She thought.

"Ahh, here we are Anzu got out of here car, and  she saw a cute pink haired girl who was a bit shorter than her. She had two buns in her hair, and bright blue eyes. The girl was running up to Anzu as fast as she could. "Ahhh- Mitsu!" Anzu yelled out as Mitsu hugged her tight as ever. "Are you ready? Are you ready? Are you readyy?!" Mitsu cheered jumping up and down, still holding onto Anzu. "Too tight, too tight!" Anzu said. "Sorryyy!" Mitsu said, letting her go.
"Let's get going!" Mitsu's mother said. "Thank you miss Tsukumo!" Anzu smiled at Mitsu's mother. "Of course, darling! Hun is very excited to bring you with her, she's been talking about going all week." Mitsu's mother giggled. "Momm!" Mitsu said embarrassed. "Haha." Anzu giggled, trying not to laugh while covering over her mouth with her hand.

The three of them all headed into Anzu's car and drove to Uchiura, Anzu was pretty nervous driving the way there, she never really drove out of Tokyo before. Anzu turned on the radio, and she heard "Ima... Mirai, kaete mitaku natta yo!" Mitsu eyes lit up but, Anzu was to focused on driving to notice. "Ughh, can someone turn that off!" Anzu said. "Sure thing, darling." Anzu's mother turned off the radio. "Ahh thank you." Anzu said. "Ooh oooh! Can we go that way!" Mitsu pointed at the path that she usually asked her mom to take, since she loved the scenery over there. "No, Honey!" Anzu said at Mitsu, honey was Mitsu's nickname since they were little, she loved the name and since her name means honey it fits perfectly! "Why not? It's more fun that way, it makes you feel like your in a whole other world! It always makes me feel happy when I drive past there, and I rarely get to..." Mitsu explained. "No Mitsu, it would only make sense if we went this way! It's a faster way there, and not only that it's much safer, less crimes happening, you don't want anything bad happening to you, do you?" Anzu said. "I mean no, I know it's safer, but don't you wanna see all the pretty trees?" Mitsu replied.
"It's also a shorter way, so no." Anzu said. "Ughh, fine!" Mitsu pouted.

After a while they finally got there, they all went to there hotel room, Anzu and Mitsu were sharing a room, and Mitsu mom was in her own room. The two girls got to unpacking their stuff. "Look I brought is some candy, hehe!" Mitsu said giving Anzu a strawberry gummy. "Aha, thank you!" Before putting it in her mouth, she asked Mitsu if she could see the bag, Mitsu gave it to her and she read the expiration date. Anzu sighed, throwing the bag into the trash. "Anzuu!" Mitsu cried. "Sorry hun, they're expired."
"Hmph!" Mitsu crossed her arms. "Okay Mits, let's go hang out at the beach!" Anzu said.
"Yay!" Mitsu smiled. "Let's go!"

The two of them got to the beach, they both played together in the water until it got dark. "Haha! This so fun!" Mitsu said.
The girls say down and watched the sunset. "So, Anzu... you don't like school idols, do you?" Mitsu asked. "Nope, can't stand those annoying girls who dress up in short skirts and sing horribly on stage for attention." Anzu said. "For attention? I don't think that's—" "What do you know about school idols anyway?" Anzu asked, rolling her eyes up all the way to the moon. "Nothing really, I-I was just wondering why you didn't like them..." She said. "Ohh okay, think we should go home now?"
"Y-Yeah, of course!" Mitsu smiled.

Anzu and Mitsu started to walk back to their hotel room, which was very close to the beach. "Finally we're back, now I can rest." Anzu said, taking a seat on her bed. "You're going to go to sleep already?" Mitsu asked.
"Of course, the earlier we go to bed, the more fun we can have in the morning, so go to sleep now." Anzu replied, turning off the light. "Good night." "Night!"

It was finally the morning and Mitsu woke up before Anzu, which was very unusual for the two, as Anzu was usually up first. "Anzu... guess what!" Mitsu said, shaking Anzu to wake her up. "Huh? What is it? What do you want honey?" Anzu asked, sleepily. "I want to go for a walk together! Th-There's something I want to show you!"
"Alright, alright! Let me get dressed." Anzu said, getting up out of bed, she looked in her bag and grabbed out the skirt she was trying to reach when she fell the day before, since it reminded her of Mitsu. "Alrighty! Let's go." Anzu said and the two of them headed out.

The two girls were walking and pointing out things they liked to each other, they were talking and laughing and having so much fun. "Here it is! Uranohoshi! Ahhh! So amazing!" Mitsu looked at the school in amazement. "Eh? You came to show me an old high school that shut down years ago?" Anzu asked in shock.
"Well... I should probably tell you why it's amazing, I don't think you'll like it though..." Mitsu smiled nervously. "Hmm?" Anzu raised a brow. "Well, this is where Aqours used to go!"
Anzu's eyes widened. "A-Aqours?" She said, in slight disgust, knowing exactly what Mitsu was talking about. "Yeah! Aqours! They're my favorite idol group ever!" Mitsu smiled. Anzu sighed, trying not to get angry. "You could have just told me you like idols."
"But... I knew you'd get angry if I told you..."
Anzu sighed.
"Anyway, I was gonna ask you... do you wanna be a school idol with me?" She asked happily.
"Of course not! Do you think I'm feelingless?!" Anzu yelled.
"Feelingless? Idols aren't feelingless... they give so much emotion in their songs! You should watch more videos about idols, they go through lots of struggles, just like you do! You'd be surprised!" Mitsu explained.
"Fine, I'll watch a few stupid videos, but I probably won't change my my mind!" Anzu replied.
Mitsu first showed her her a video of idols dancing and singing sad songs. And then she showed her interview with one of the idols explaining how she lost her best friend in a car accident.
"Oh wow... that must hurt, but whatever, I still don't like idols!" Anzu said. "Come on Anz! I thought we'd have so much fun with this!"
"Sorry." Anzu said walking back.
"Where are you going?!" Mitsu asked.
"To our room." She said.
"Whyy?!" Mitsu said.

After it got dark out and it was time to go to bed. Mitsu fell asleep and Anzu got her computer and searched more about idols, and what they were like. She came across some videos, she found a girl she could really relate to, Shioriko Mifune. "Hmm, so these are real idols, huh?"

(A/N): Yay! I'm finally making my own idol group!! :3 If you're wondering, Anzu is the one with really light blue hair and a ponytail, and I assume you know which Mitsu is.
