"Fine but you're not getting anywhere close to her." Jack growls. When they both looked back to Vilo.......she wasn't there.

~Now~

Vilo ran as fast as she could. She can't stay and put Jack plus his friends in danger! She stopped to get a breath of air and found herself at a unfinished bridge. She heard someone coming and quickly hid under a narrow space close by.

"Oh great I can't even find anyone around here! This is just great!" A shield voice said. A rat scares Vilo as she accidentally yelps. "Hey what was that? Is someone there?" The girl walks to Vilo and looks at her. "Hey are you lost?" A girl with black hair wearing glasses, orange vest, blue and white striped shirt, and casual blue jeans.

"W-who are you?" Vilo said crawling back away from her. "Oh sorry my names Carley. You are?" Carley said as she took her hand out. "V-Vilo." She barely took her hand and shock it.

"Here let me take you to my house. And you can call anyone you know to come and get you." Carley said helping her out of the narrow hiding place. "So are you hiding from someone?" Carley asked. She nods and was shaking a bit.

"Well then we better get out of here. Come on I know a way out of the Sattelite." Carley said taking Vilo away.

(At Martha's)

"Where is she?" Jack commanded. "That is what I like to know." Goodwin said glaring at Jack. "This isn't funny! Where! Is! Vilo!!" Jack growls grabbing Goodwin by the collar.

"Martha! Martha! That ran into the woods! We can't find her anywhere!" A little girl came in panting. "Mr. Goodwin! We saw the girl at the bridge! Can we retrieve her?" A guard asked. "Yes you may-"

"Don't you dare go after her! She's done nothing wrong! Why is she so important to you?" Jack demanded. "Same for you. Why is so important to you, Mr. Jack?" Goodwin asked.

"You don't have a crush on Miss. Vilo do you?" He asked. 'Do I have feeling for Vilo? No! But this morning when I had her in my arms and last night when she cried for me I was their for her.....No! You don't have feeling for her!'

"No I don't! I'm just trying to protect her from you!" Jack barked. "Fine I'll keep my distance from her if you two keep a good distance with each other." Goodwin said. 'Sorry Jack but I can't keep that promise.' he thought as Jack lets him go.

"She must be hiding somewhere near the bridge. We might just be able to find her before they could." Yusei said. "Alright then we better hurry." Crow said. "You boys be careful!" Martha hollers after the boys.

(Carley's house)

"Wow! You really had a rough day." Carley said. "Yea it was pretty intense." Vilo said sipping on her tea that Carley gave her.

"So you can only trust a few amount of people. Well I don't blame you." Carley said. "Thank you, Carley." Vilo said. "No problem, Vilo. You're safe here." She said giving her a snack.

"So have you met anyone?" She asked. "Yea but only one person that I really feel safe around is Jack." Vilo said as cuddles herself to her knees. Carley spits out her drink. "WHAT?!" She said.

"I know. I didn't want to believe it neither but it seems I feel safer around him." Vilo said giving a half smile. "Huh?" She said and wipe the drink off. Then Carley's phone began to ring. "Oh uh e-excuse me." She said and answered it.

"H-hello?" She said and Jack voice replied. "Carley! A girl went missing and Goodwin's after her I need you over at the bridge. Now!"

"Who's that?" Vilo mouthed to Carley. "It's Jack." She said. "Carley, who's with you?" Jack asked. Carley looks at Vilo who got up and she hands her the phone. "Hi Jack." Vilo said ashamed of herself.

"Vilo! Is that you! Where are you? Are you alright?" Jack asked worried. "Yea I'm fine. Um.... Carley found me at the bridge and we're at her place...."

'Is she alright? It sounds like she's wanting to cry. I hope that she's not sick?!' Carley thought. Then she sneezes and Carley put her hand on Vilo's forehead and she was burning up. "Don't leave her place you got that?" Jack asked. "Umhm." Vilo was getting ready to pass out.

"We'll be there soon let me talk to Carley." Jack said. "Umhm." Then she about fall on the floor till Carley caught her. "H-hey Jack." She said putting Jack on speaker and resting Vilo on her bed. "Me and the others are coming you take care of her." Jack said and hung up.

"W-wait! Jack! Oh great what am I going to tell him that Vilo just passed out and is having a fever!" Carley said and began to take her temperature. "102! This girl has to go to the doctor but Jack said to take of her till they get here!"

Carley said panicking. Then Vilo began to toss and turn in her sleep. "Oh no! This can't be good. Vilo. Hey w-wake up!" Carley said gently shaking her.

"No! P-please! Somebody help me!" Vilo yells.

(Dream)

Vilo runs as fast she could but a dragon in a crimson color chased her. Vilo..... I must have more power! Give me some of your power. I'm growing weak! It said. "I can't! It can kill me!" Vilo said crying.

I must have a small amount of power. I must have power.......power.......POWER!

(Dream ends)

Carley saw that Vilo was crying and mumbled things she couldn't understand. "I have to call Jack!

As Jack and the others ride to Carley's house. Then Jack's, Yusei's, and Akiza's arm began to glow. "It's telling me that it's looking for power or something." Akiza said.

"Vilo! We have to hurry!" Jack said revving up his Runner. "Wait up Jack!" Yusei said catching up to him. "What's wrong? Is something you're not telling us?" He asked.

"It's a long story we just have to get her-" Jack's phone began to ring and he answers it. "Carley what's going on?" He asked. "It Vilo! She's passed out. Her fever is really really high and she's screaming, yelling, mumbling, crying and other things! You have to hurry! I don't know if she can take anymore." Carley said.

Jack heard Vilo screaming and sobbing in the background. "I'm almost there!" Jack hanged up and speeds up some more. "Jack!" Yusei yelled.

When they all finally got to Carley's house Jack ran inside hearing Vilo screaming. "Vilo!" Jack yelled seeing grabbing the bed sheets in a death grip. "Someone help me!" She screams and his arm grow in pain.

"What's going on?" Akiza asked. "Vilo wake up! Vilo it's me Jack. Wake up." Jack said rubbing her arm. "J-Jack?" She began to wake up. "hey. I'm right here." Jack said gently. "I can't feel my body." Vilo said weakly. "Just rest. I'm right here if you get scared again."

He said. She cracked a tiny smile then went to sleep and the signers's arms stopped glowing. "Vilo.." He said continuously while stroking her copper hair.
