Your POV:
I'm standing in Aphmaus basement when we all hear a loud noise coming from upstairs.
"What's that!?" Aphmau asks as we all run upstairs. We run into Levin and Malachi's room to see a human boy with brown hair and green eyes. "M-Malachi?" Aphmau asks.
"W-W-What's happening?" Malachi asks
"This is, this is impossible! How could this have happened?" Lucinda asked obviously more confused than all of us combined.
"W-Wait so he's alive? Like seriously a-alive?" I ask happily.
"I don't believe this..." Zoey admits.
"Zoey how could this have happened?" Laurence asks
(After she explains cause I'm lazy)
"Aphmau, Levin, we'll leave you three alone." I admit ushering everyone out.
We all walk out of the room and I take a deep breath. I felt an overwhelming urge to talk to my brother. Zoey started lecturing Lucinda and Laurence stayed quiet.
"Laurence are you alright?" I ask getting his attention.
"Ah yes, I'm just thinking." He assures me.
"Yeah I get it. Let's go wait for Lady Aphmau in the basement." I suggest.
Laurence nods and follows me into the basement.
I sit down at the table in the basement and look at my hands, Laurence walks over to me and gives me a patient smile.
"How are you holding up?" He asked.
"Well I feel guilty, I feel nervous, I miss Garroth and Dante, I don't know Laurence. I'm holding up as well as I can be." I explain.
"Yeah I know what you mean, I can't promise you anything but I'm sure everything will turn out ok." Laurence assures me.
I look him in the eyes worriedly, he grabs my hands and squeezes them lightly.
"And even if it doesn't I will always be here for you." He admits.
I smile slightly,
"You promise?" I ask.
"I promise." He assures.
I look down at the ground, and I chuckle quietly.
"Now what are you laughing at?" Laurence asks playfully.
"It's just funny." I admit.
He looks at me curiously as if telling me to explain, I sigh and smile.
"Who'd have thought a few months ago it was just me Snow, and Hyria. Now I have friends and family to look out for me. I haven't felt so happy since I was a kid, and now I feel like all of that happiness is being swept away in one flick of a lever." I admit solemnly.
"Well don't worry, once this is all over we'll both be back to our normal light hearted banter. And everyone will be back to being their happy selves." Laurence assures me.
"Even Garroth?" I ask.
He smiles reassuringly and nods,
"Especially Garroth." He convinces me.
"Alright Laurence, but I'm gonna hold you to that one." I joke.
"Hah that's a chance I'm willing to take if it means getting to see your beautiful smile." Laurence flirts.
"Ughhh Laurence!" I groan and smack my hand to my face in annoyance.
He begins laughing and strangely I follow. Our laughter stops when we hear footsteps coming downstairs. Aphmau comes downstairs with mixed emotions spread across her face.
"Aphmau!" Laurence exclaims standing up.
"Are you alright?" I ask also standing up.
"I-I guess. I mean don't get me wrong! I'm happy, so so happy that everything's ok with Malachi. But..." she pauses and looks at us.
