3rd person

Langa was in the final skate. He was skating against Adam. They were not even half way to the finish line and the race was insane. They were skating so fast the camera couldn't keep up. On the other hand Reki was just freaking out in his head he wasn't sure how this race would play out. He was just worried for Langa. Even if he didn't win it would be okay. Reki just wanted Langa to stay as safe as possible. As everyone watched it seemed that Langa and Adam were zoned out. Cherry said it happens to some people that skate at "S."  It was like they were skating in a trance. Reki couldn't help but feel nervous as he watched. Adam and Langa were about to cross on some wooden planks. Adam made it a cross now it was Langa's turn. Just as Reki thought Langa was going to make it the wood broke and he was falling. Everyone watched as Langa fell. They were hoping he would snap out. Reki couldn't watch as he started to feel sick, but he had too. He was praying Langa would be okay as they watched the screen. Reki watched as the floor seemed to be getting closer to Langa, Reki thought wait no Langa was getting closer to the floor. Thats when it happen Langa land straight on to the floor. Reki could feel the Tears coming out of his eyes as he looked away from the screen.

"Reki."

"Reki"

"Reki"

Reki opened his eye only to see Langa looking down at him. He immediately sat up and hugged Langa. Langa wrapped his arms around the shaking boy.

"Reki whats wrong?" 

Reki didn't answer and instead just let more tears fall from his eyes as he sobbed.

"hey it's okay it was just a dream." Langa said rubbing small circles into Reki's back. Once Reki stopped crying the room was only full with small sniffs coming from Reki. Lately Reki have been Nightmares more often. They were always different beside the fact that Langa either dies or leaves him. Some he told to Langa while others he didn't because some just sounded stupid. And every time Reki did get a nightmare Langa always gave him a choice if he would tell him.

"You okay now?" Reki nodded his head which was in Langa's chest.

"Do you want to talk about?"

"y-yeah."

"okay make sure to take your time." Langa knows when Reki has nightmares he has a hard time talking about them so Langa always tells him to take time.

"S-So it u-um was back w-when y-you were skating w-with A-Adam a-and y-you you-" Reki could feel tears coming back to his eyes so he stopped.

"S-Sorry i-"

"Hey, it's okay how about you just tell me what happened to make you cry." Langa voice was soft it always made Reki feel better.

"Y-You d-d-died." Tears started to fill Reki's eyes from the thought. Langa pulled Reki into a hug. 

"It was just a dream. I'm not going down that easily." Langa said. Reki let out a little laugh.

"See you're feeling better already."

"y-yeah."

Reki stayed in Langa's chest as Langa played with Reki's red hair. Langa laid down pulling Reki with him. "Remeber they're just dreams." Langa said calmly. 

"mhm." Reki said slowly starting to drift back to sleep. Once Langa heard small snores he kissed Reki's head and pulled him closer before slowly starting to fall asleep too.
