I ran after him and walked beside him. Nobody said anything and I looked up at him. He had a soft smile on his face and red cheeks. I studied him and my lips tingled. "Idiot." I whispered and poked his side.
We walked back into his dorm and I sat awkwardly on the floor. I stared at my hands and sighed. I looked out the window and saw the little flakes of ice float through the sky. I stood up and walked onto the balcony. I stuck my hands out and caught them on my hand.
The door shut behind me and Kuro stood out there. He smiled softly. "I'm sorry." He said quietly and I slapped him playfully. "You should be sorry, you took my first kiss, you idiot." He looked at me with an amused face and I shook the snow out of my hair.
Coco pawed at the door to come out and kneeled down, running my finger along the glass. Kuroo bent down beside me and put his head in his hand. "I like you." He said in a whisper and I looked over at him.
My breath turned into a cloud into of our eyes and I nodded slightly. "I figured, you wouldn't just kiss someone for fun." I punched his arm and let coco out onto the porch. She cuddled into my lap and I wrapped my jacket around her. I sat down and leaned the back of my head on the doors. We sat quietly on the balcony and watched the snow fall.
I put my hand out and he slowly put his hand in mine. "Jesus Kenma, put some gloves on, you're going to get sick." I smiled softly. "I fell warm." I wasn't lying, my body felt warm and my face felt like it was on fire. Coco huddled close to me and I made sure to keep her warm. I felt tired and rested my eyes.
My head bounced and my eyes shot open. Kuro sat up and let go of my hand. I closed my eyes again and I was about to go to sleep. He picked coco off my chest and I mumbled something. He picked me up and I would've normally hit him but I was exhausted and too cold. He rubbed my back gently and the second we stepped inside I felt warmer.
I opened my eyes slightly and glanced around while setting my head on his shoulder. He laid me on the bed and I faced towards the wall. He put another blanket ontop of me and I huddled underneath them. He sat down beside me and glanced at him before falling asleep.
Kuros pov:
I checked my phone and sat beside him. I looked down at him occasionally and I set my phone down. I pulled his hair tie out carefully and his hair fell into his eyes. He flinched and I got a little too excited to play with his hair. I loosely braided a strand and smiled.
He would never let me do this if he was awake. I laid down beside him and laid on my side. I twisted his hair and he turned around. I pulled the braid out and carefully tied his hair back up. "Kuro, leave my hair alone." He mumbled and swatted my hand away. I left my hand on his side and pressed my face into his back, soon falling asleep.
The next morning
I woke up, just like how I fell asleep, with my arm wrapped around kenmas stomach and my face buried in his jacket. I stayed like this for awhile and he pushed my arm away. "God lev. Get off." I snickered "Lev? You two have been cuddling Huh?" I looked back at him and glared. "Shut up, It was only because you left." I sat up and looked down at him. "What about Yaku? Aren't they dating?" He nodded and pulled the blanket over him. "Let me sleep." He turned into a lump on the bed.
Kenmas pov:
My face burned up and I hid under the covers. I pressed my lips together and pushed the hair out of my face. Kuro put his hand on my side and I laid really still. He started tickling me and I bit down on my finger. He tickled right above my waist and I squirmed. He pulled the blanket off and looked at me. I covered my face and he smiled. "Can I ask you something?" I shook my head "Absolutely not." He hugged me tightly and I slowly took my hands away from my face.
He smiled and let his hand sit in my hair. I stared at the wall and waited for him to let go. "Can I ask you something now?" I pinched his neck. "No." I mumbled and pushed him away "I'm going home if you keep acting like this." He grabbed my face and smiled softly. "Am I not allowed to hug you anymore?" He squeezed my face and I glared at him "Youre on thin ice." He loose his hand on my face and I got out of bed.
I threw my jacket off and stole one of kuros. "I'll be back." I slammed the door after me and walked down to the dining hall. I took an apple off the table and sat down on the couch. I scrolled through my phone and quietly ate. "Oh my god!! Kenma!!" Mei walked over to me and I glanced up at her. "How was your date?"
My thumb stopped on my screen but I didn't look up. "It wasn't a date." I took a bite of my apple and looked up at her. She sat on the arm of the couch. "I think Kuroo really likes you." She said in a hushed tone. "I know." I mumbled and shut my phone off. "I've known for years and there's a reason I'm not doing anything about it." I stood up and left without saying anything else.
I slowly walked through the halls and dragged the finger along the wall. I got to kuros door and pushed it open. Coco walked through my legs and I scratched her back before picking her up. "I love you." I cooed in her ear and she purred as she rubbed her face against mine. I felt a hand on my shoulder and turned around with a slight smile.
His hand fell and grazed past mine for a second. I stared at him "Alright that's it, I'm leaving." I set coco on the bed and grabbed my jacket off the chair. He walked after me "Kenma, don't leave." I glanced back at him as I put my coat on. "I told you to stop doing stuff like that." I opened the door and walked down the hall.
Kuro walked behind me and I stood, hoping the elevator doors with close quicker. He caught the door with his hand and looked at him "I'm sorry, I can't just be friends with you anymore. I want to kiss you again." I studied his face "Well I don't."
He took a step in the elevator and the doors shut soon after. "Can you be friends with me knowing that we kissed?" I nodded coldly. "I didn't kiss you back. It was one sided." I mumbled and held my keys tightly. The door opened and I looked at him for a second. I pushed past him and walked towards my car. I opened the door and he grabbed my hand.
I turned around and he pulled me closer to him. His kissed me and my eyes shot open. I was pressed against my car and him and grabbed onto his arm, for some sort of stability. I eyes slowly closed and he moved his hand to my back.
He pulled away and put our foreheads together. "If anyone tries to hit on you, tell them you have a boyfriend." He whispered and opened the door for me. I glanced at him and slowly got in the car.
I started it and put the window down. "I hate you." I mumbled and he leaned in, putting a finger on my chin. "Come see me next weekend." He left a short kiss and I looked in his eyes. "I didn't agree to any of this." He ruffled my hair and took a step back. I rolled my eyes and quietly drove home.
