Laura POV:
"Soo......" I said in an awkward voice.
"Laura are you okay? You seem uh.... Nervous or something..." He said. Thats exactly what I am right now!
"Whaaaaat? Pshhh who told you that?" I said in a high pitched voice.
"No one did. I just said it... from my brain..." He says as he points at his head where is brain is located. Okay YOUR SO STUPID LAURA!
"LetsHUG." I said quickly. Wait did I just say that?
"Why didn't you just come and hug me. You don't have to say it." He chuckled while opening his arms to hug me. I hugged him without hesitating.
"So why do you wanna hug me? Is there something wrong?" He asked curiously.
"Nope. NOPE. Nothings wrong...." I said. He let go of the embrace, and I felt cold and lonely, even though hes right there in front of me.
"Why did you leave Rydels room?" He asked.
"Because she left to her friends house..." I said.
"Oh. Wanna sleep over?" He asked while he kept reading his book. He looked so cute when hes on his bed, only in his sweat pants, reading a book!
"Uh.. Sure.. I have no where else to sleep since my dad is not living with me now..." I said.
"Great. You can borrow one of my Hollister shirts to sleep in and sweats if you want." He said while not keeping his eyes off the book.
"Okay..." I said. He put down the book and looked at me.
"Lets do the handshake." He said. Wait what?
"What handshake?" I asked. His mood turned from happy, to sad very quickly.
"You forgot the handshake?" He frowned. Uh oh. This is bad!
"Uhm... Yes I forgot..." I said.
"How can you forget the handshake?" He asked.
"We havent done it in so long..." I said.
"Well then. I'll teach it again." He said.
"Wait so your not mad?" I asked.
"Laura? Whats gotten into you? Its only a handshake. Of course someone is gonna forget something if they havent done it in a long time...You act like I'm very sensitive...Okay.... Maybe I am but not that sensitive..." He said. Its true. He is a softy softy!
He teaches me the handshake and we do it again. Its pretty fun. Then Stormie walked into the room.
"Oh Hey Laura! I didn't know you we're here! May I speak to you in private?" Stromie asked me. I nodded and followed her outside the room.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"Okay, Thank goodness your here! I was gonna ask you if you can sleep over here so Ross wont be alone because the doctor said not to leave him alone at night or alone outside in the day or night or whatever so thank god your here! You dont mind right?" She said.
"Not at all! We we're sleeping over anyways!" I said.
"Great! Thanks so much!" She said, and went down stairs. I nodded and went back in the room.
"Finally! Your back.. I was getting lonely and bored." He said.
"I didn't take that long.." I said.
"NOW GIMMIE A HUG! I MISSED YOU ALREADY!!" He said as he reached in for a hug.
Okay.
