The Unexpected Delight

PART 2 - New Cosmos

When I opened the door, I saw a small cute fluffly rabbit and along with it there was a peacock.

My fear that was almost gone. I was deranged when I saw. It was almost midnight, my parents didn't like to have them as pets, because they don't trap anyone into the cage. They deserve to be free. Then who might have left them here and who might have knocked the door? Lots and lots of questions were running in my mind like bulletin news. But they were luring, and they were also looking at me.

The rabbit spoke. "Hi Miss Abigayle, my name is Bunny, and she is Kaeley!" I was totally under the roof of surprise. They were talking like humans do. That's incredible.

Does animals do speak? I have seen them talking only in cartoons and books. But I couldn't believe what I saw and I heard. "Hi Mr. Bunny and you Kaeley! I almost didn't recognise you, have we met before?" I asked. "No miss. But for sure, you'll come to know us" said Mr. Bunny with his cute smile. "Miss, we have got an order to take you to our place Zolphano. And our people and our Lord is waiting to see you", said Kaeley with her pleasing voice. Everything they told right now was new for me. It was like I was somewhere in the fairy tale world. But my curiosity accepted the invitation, and I asked "yes, but how are we gonna go there?". Mr. Bunny said "Don't worry miss, we will take you there, the thing is please keep following us miss Abigayle". "Alright I get it, let's go."

I didn't think about my parents because I thought I could return there as soon as possible. I just followed their foot prints, they were going to the main door of our house. I wondered, did they broke the door like that or used some magic? But when they opened the door, i noticed that it wasn't a normal door, it was a portal to go to another cosmos. When I entered to another cosmos, the main door was banished. Kaeley told, "Miss Abigayle, welcome to Zolphano."

The cosmos was out of my imagination, I thought that there will be different types of human, new culture and highly scientific. But here, the scenario was totally upside down. The place was like neither city nor town, a jungle. The jungle like the Brazilian Amazon, the jungles of Borneo so and so. And the thing is, there were no human being. That place was filled with small to big animals, and birds and they were the citizens of Zolphano. They were happy to see, some gave me flowers and some cried due to extreme happiness.

"Why are they seem to be happy after seeing me? Do they already knew me?" I asked. "Yes Miss Abigayle, they are. They are seeing you after many decades. Even our Lord will be happy if he sees you" said Bunny. My nosiness about the Lord became more.

As we walked through in, I saw houses and shops that those people had. I can feel that the people are happy and wealthier. But here there are lots of birds with different colours i haven't seen them for ages. I asked "Kaeley, who is your Lord? Why he wants me to come here?" They just laughed a little and said "Miss, it is our Lord Tennessee, the king of Zolphano and i am afraid, you shall wait so the lord himself reveals the reason he called you for!" Said Bunny.

I kept silent and followed their foot path. After some time, I saw a kingdom with a flag of lion. The soldiers were surrounded by them, and some were standing in the entrance to welcome us. The kingdom was beautiful. I haven't seen them like before. Inside the Kingdom I saw the King Tennessee, the Lion, was sitting on the throne.

When I saw him, I suddenly remembered some things like have met him before, and at the same time, I hated him for no reason. But I didn't show it outside by wearing a mask of fake acceptance. Why did I get those feelings? I haven't met him before, but it feels like he has slit the throat off before. Why? If so did he invited to kill me? So did I fell into the net? Then how can I escape? I felt sick inside myself.................
