Tree of Friendship and Love!

*Lotusia's P.O.V*

I was sitting in the living room in my winter outfit watching my show, My Little Horsie, I wanted to catch up to Ms. Aphmau, speaking of whom, she was staring at the corner, I was kind of concerned for her, I turned between the show and her, I wanted to finish the episode but, I wanted to see if she was okay "It just doesn't feel right, don't you think Lotusia?" I stared at the corner as the episode goes to commercial, she was staring at me, I just shrug, I kind of agree, something was missing, it was in the back of my mind, I see Ms. Katelyn and Ms. Kawaii~Chan come down the stairs "Hey, are you okay? You've been mumbling between yourself and Lotusia for a bit now" Ms. Katelyn asks her concerned, I knew the show was over and changed it back to the fire place. I got up and went to Ms. Aphmau grabbing her hand.

I looked between the corner and her, I do feel like we're missing something, but it just won't come to me "It's just..." We turned to them "We've decorated the house both inside and out and we've even baked the cookies and gave them all out..." I looked at her confused, we've been watching many Christmas movies lately but I fall asleep during them "But somethings missing, something we don't see, and it has to do with something that's green" I fight a smile trying not to "Well, you two are not allowed to watch Christmas specials anymore, even though Lotusia falls asleep during them" Ms. Katelyn says clearly annoyed with Ms. Aphmau rhyming.

I walked up to her 'I agree with her, something is missing, I and my family had something in the corner as decoration and it's missing here' I showed her, she looked at me confused but sad "Katelyn~Sama, Kawaii~Chan has been feeling the same way too, don't you feel something is missing?" Ms. Kawaii~Chan agrees as well as asks her "Hmm, now that you mention it, you're both right" I ran back over to Ms. Aphmau "But, what is it?" Ms. Katelyn asks turned around from Ms. Kawaii~Chan "I've gotten the presents for all my friends and family..." She smiles down at me, I smiled back "I've been out shopping for what seems like no end, but of all the Christmas harmony, I'm just not sure what it could be" She continues to rhyme, I was not really amused anymore "Aphmau, would you please stop with the Christmas rhymes? I don't want you do that all the time" I smiled as Ms. Katelyn did it.

She just groans "I mean, uh, uh, uh no that rhymes, great now I'm doing it" I laugh with Ms. Kawaii~Chan and Ms. Aphmau covering my mouth "But no, seriously, what are we missing, Lotusia was onto something with it being a decoration in the corner of the room, ah let me think, let me think" The door bell rings "I'll get it, Lotusia stay with Katelyn and Kawaii~Chan, please" I nod as she goes to answer the door, I sit on the couch and look at the corner thinking, I knew something was missing but I couldn't tell what. Ms. Katelyn grabs my hand and we join Ms. Aphmau by the door "Wait, Christmas tree, we need a Christmas tree" She then thanks a man who wasn't there "wow, how did we forget the tree?" Ms. Katelyn asks "We've been so busy this holiday season with moving into this place and taking care of Lotusia and all" Ms. Kawaii~Chan points out.

I don't know how that slipped my mind, me, mama, and papa always had a tree, we would sit around it and talk and teach me things "Well, that settles it, ladies and Young lady" I smiled "We need to get a Christmas tree, the biggest and best one in the neighborhood since this is Lotusia's first Christmas with us" I run up to her and hug her, she picks me up and sets me on her hip "It's almost Christmas, where can we even begin to find a Christmas tree so late into the month, they're probably all sold out" Ms. Aphmau says, it was really late into the month "The forest!" I looked at Ms. Kawaii~Chan, I'm pretty sure we weren't near a forest, even I knew that, I ran from a forest and it wasn't close either, it had to be teleported a lot by the voice "I hate to tell you this, Kawaii~Chan, but we're not exactly Lumberjacks getting a tree from the forest isn't all too easy" Ms. Aphmau breaks the news to her sadly.

I get down and pet her, making her giggled slightly making me smile "Especially since we live in the middle of the suburbs and the closets forest with good pine trees is about one maybe two hours away, so..." She tells her, I had to agree with her there, I ran in a forest with pine trees and took me awhile to get here with them "Well, why don't we try the Home Depot?" I looked at her confused, I didn't know what this place was, I've only been to the mall since being with them, Ms. Katelyn must of noticed my confused look "I forgot, you don't know what that place is, huh Lotusia" I nodded still confused "Well, Home Depot is a store where you get a lot of stuff for home improvement, get tools, anything really to do with home improvement" I nodded, now understanding. My papa would have loved to be at that store, he loved working on random projects, whether it was on the house or just a random craft.
