*Lotusia's P.O.V*
I was sitting in Mr. Aaron's lap on the side with Mr. Garroth and Mr. Dante while Ms. Aphmau and Aunty Katelyn were playing volleyball, they had asked if I wanted to join but I wanted to sit at the side, we watched them bounce the ball around not letting it hit the ground.
It seemed Mr. Garroth and Mr. Dante were amazed with how they were playing but I think Mr. Aaron was amazed by something else as he was more staring at Ms. Aphmau, I smiled up at him secretly before looking back over to the game between the two until a beeping noise could be heard.
I turned my head to Mr. Garroth confused on why he had an alarm set "Oh, it's almost-, uh, I mean...Uh, I'm... going to head back to the house" Mr. Garroth said standing up from the ground, I stared at him confused as he was acting weird "I need to get out of the sun. Or else I'll tan TOO much" He backed away from us before taking off.
"He wasn't even sitting in the sun" Mr. Aaron pointed out, I nodded in agreement as he was mostly sitting in the shade like we were. I turned back to the game as Ms. Aphmau dives to catch the ball but misses. I got up from Mr. Aaron's lap and ran after the ball, I picked up as Ms. Aphmau comes up behind me laughing a bit. I pause when a shadow covers me a bit, I look up to see a women with dark skin, dark brown hair and dark brown eyes.
I whimpered a bit backing away from her with the ball in hand "Hi sweetie, are you lost?" She asked with a smile on her lips, I shook my head "Excuse me, is there a reason your....." I hear Ms. Aphmau gasp behind me. I turn and run over to her scared a bit from the strange women "Still as feisty as ever I see" The women spoke to Ms. Aphmau casually as if she knew her.
I peaked from behind Ms. Aphmau at the women "T- Teony?!" Ms. Aphmau asked shocked, I looked up at Ms. Aphmau confused on who this women was and how Ms. Aphmau knew her. Ms. Aphmau looked down at me "Lotusia, why don't you go to Aaron?" I looked up at her and nodded running back over to Mr. Aaron leaving the ball with Ms. Aphmau.
Mr. Aaron carries me back to the house where Ms. Aphmau and Aunty Katelyn reunite with Ms. Teony, who Mr. Aaron tells me is an old friend of theirs since their days in high school.
I stayed behind Mr. Aaron as Ms. Aphmau and Aunty Katelyn talk to Ms. Teony, it seemed that Mr. Dante and Ms. Teony have a small staring contest until Celestia comes down the stairs "Aw! Puppy!" Ms. Teony screams upon spotting her "Oh my gosh, you're one of the cutest puppies I've ever seen! What's your name?!" Ms. Teony asks her.
Celestia runs up to me as I crouch petting Celestia "Her name is Celestia, she's... my puppy" Ms. Aphmau tells her, laughing a bit. Ms. Teony continued 'aww' at Celestia until she seemed to notice me "Hey, you're the kid that was grabbing the volley ball" I looked up at her, I scrunch my shoulders a bit and backed away towards Mr. Aaron "Aww, it's okay sweetie" Ms. Teony said.
Ms. Aphmau laughs a bit "It's okay, Teony. This is Lotusia, she's shy to anyone she hasn't met yet" Ms. Aphmau tells her, Ms. Teony turns to her as everyone else was smiling at me, I walked over and wrapped my arms around Ms. Aphmau staring at Ms. Teony, it seemed my action caused her to gasp "Wait, wait, wait.... Aphmau?" Ms. Teony asked looking between us two, it caused everyone to laugh at her realization.
"Teony, let me officially introduce to you, my daughter Lotusia" Ms. Aphmau introduces me to her, Ms. Teony's jaw dropped before jumping up and down squealing, I jump back a bit at her squealing, Mr. Aaron walked over and I moved back behind him as this women scares me "Lotusia, don't hide behind your dad" Ms. Aphmau says before thinking, I looked up at her with wide eyes.
Ms. Teony seemed to have caught this "Wait, dad?" Ms. Teony asks catching Ms. Aphmau on what she said "Uhh.... you... didn't hear that!" Ms. Aphmau yells at her holding her hands out to her "W-Wait, are you three....?" Ms. Teony stared connecting things together, Mr. Aaron sighs and pulls me in front of me "We're dating and Lotusia is our adoptive daughter, her story is a long one on how she came into our lives" Mr. Aaron explains to her holding my shoulder.
