After regathering all my emotions, I noticed the footsteps and whispering of Dave and Tessa stopped. I don't know where they went and frankly, I really don't care. So, I picked myself off the ground and started to sprint. I could see the sunshine, and I know I'm not a fan of the outdoors but for this moment I loved it. I darted to the door and right before I got there I felt a rope around my neck. I was trapped and the rope sent me into sudden shock, so I froze. That's when Tessa and Dave appeared behind a corner. And Tessa said,
"Looks like our pig trap finally worked Dave."
Dave didn't respond but I spit at her. Tessa looked shocked then started smiling before she questioned,
"Dave want to teach her how it works?"
