I started my search whether everything lila told was true and when I recalled all her talks and just by those recalls I realised how stupid I was not to recognise the obvious lies she told.from her first lie till now I recalled every one of them.

'I've met ladybug and she and I are like besties' I recalled her first lie and cursed under my breath because this was so obvious lie because she was an Italian and just moved here. I out of all people should've known that ladybug will never do anything that stupid. And she only trusts chat noir that much but even he doesn't know her identity then how could I believe that a girl who just moved here got to become besties with her!

"ugh! How can I be so stupid!?" I cursed again and now it was clear as day that everything she told about and every famous person that she probably met was all just lies!

I got up from couch and picked up my phone from the table. The only thing in my mind right now was that I needed to know if she was alright and apologise to her. I scrolled through the contact list and called on her number. It rang for a bit and went to voice mail. I tried again and this time she attended it.

Marinette's POV.

Today was Sunday meaning queenie and I had a break from academy! We decided to go to a spa to relax a bit. I was thinking if any of my former friends ever miss me after my departure from Paris but guess not. *sigh* Maybe I shouldn't expect it at all. Just as we were about to leave my phone started ringing. Curious of who it was I approached my phone and saw the name that made me smile 'DJ. Bubbler' . It was nino. I gave him that name after his akumatization for a little tease but he never minded it so I never changed it. Still in an unbelievable shock I forgot that my phone was still ringing and it went to voice mail. But again he called and my face lit up. I instantly Answered this time and before I could even greet him or anything he started apologising in the phone pretty fastly.

"Marinette I'm sorry for not trusting you. I'm really sorry that I trusted that Lie-la over you! I should've taken your side because I knew you from childhood! I'm really sorry plz forgive me and I understand if you won't ever forgive me! I wouldn't even forgive myself ever for what I did to you! I'm really sorry mar-" he started rambling and I had to stop him..

"Nino listen! I forgive you!"

"I knew you wouldn't forgiv- wait did I really hear right!? Y-You forgive me!" he said in a desbelief voice tone!

"yeah! I knew you'd be the first one to come around from all the lying shit from sausages hair" I said and after two seconds we both started laughing.

"omg mari! I really miss you! And after talking with you I'm gonna miss you even more!" he said in a sad voice and I had to hold myself from saying out loudly!
