My Nightmares ~ The Creators

<-A's POV->

FriskDragon and Draco released Nightmare and Self Doubt and they teleported away. Lily had Leka go back into her necklace and once she did, the Nightmares disappeared. All of L's fears and worries disappeared. The Dragon Clan walked over to us and smiled. L's eyes widened. They looked over at us.

"Why did you guys come? It's dangerous and unpredictable here," they said.

"Because we care about you, duh," J said. "You mean everything to us. And Mom and Dad too."

L's eyes went from dull to the way they were before. L smiled, a smile I haven't seen in a while. All five of us had a group hug. When we broke apart, L turned to Anemo.

"Anemo, you have to keep this a secret," they said. "You can mention the Creators, but do not mention names. Okay?"

She nodded. "You'll have to tell me everything."

"We will," J said.

"Where are my Nightmares?" they said.

"They're gone. Forever hopefully," I said.

L smiled. "Finally. My Nightmares are gone. Now I can finally rest."

L closed their eyes and passed out. K caught them and held them tightly, to make sure they didn't fall. FriskDragon handed K Flower, which K took and held onto.

"Are they okay?" I asked, concerned about my sibling.

"They're fine, A," K said. "Let them sleep. They need it."

I nodded. K handed L to FriskDragon, who picked them up with ease. K set Flower on top of L's sleeping body and walked over to where Self Doubt was before he disappeared. She bent over and picked something up and then walked back over to us.

"What'cha got there?" I asked.

"A pair of glasses," she said. "You think Self Doubt dropped them?"

"Who?" Draco and Lily asked in unison.

"The four different coloured dude you fought, Draco," K said.

"Ah," Draco and Lily said in unison.

"Well, A has his glasses and no one else here wears glasses, besides Anemo who never wears them, so that's the most likely possibility," J said. "I'll take a look at them and see if I can find anything relating to them."

K passed J the glasses and he tucked them into his pocket, to make sure they didn't fall out. We all looked over at the Dragon Clan.

"Thank you so much for helping us," Anemo said. "You guys were a big help. But I'm curious, how do you guys know each other?"

"Well, L decided to send Draco," FriskDragon said, pointing at Draco, "and Lily," she pointed at Lily, "into my story. At first, things didn't go so well and L had to come in and save us from a genocidal human. But we all became good friends. Even after Nightmare kidnapped L and used them to defeat us."

"We're called the Dragon Clan," Lily said. "FriskDragon is a dragon-human hybrid, Draco is a dragon-wolf hybrid, and L and I are obsessed with dragons. Hence the name."

"Cool!" Anemo said.

"Since L is unconscious," I said, "FriskDragon, can you send us home?"

"Ah, right, two people grab onto my arms, and then we'll form a circle again. I'll drop L off on her bed and then go with Lily and Draco to my story so we can hang out," FriskDragon said.

Draco and J grabbed FriskDragon's shoulders and we formed a circle again. FriskDragon closed her eyes. White magic surrounded her arms and body again and it soon surrounded everyone else's arms and bodies again, including L. The white magic around me turned from white, to orange and green again. And soon we were in L and K's room. FriskDragon walked over to L's bed and laid them in their bed and made sure they were comfortable.

"I'll see you guys around," FriskDragon said, giving a little salute.

Soon, it was just K, J, Anemo, and I. We all looked at L and smiled.

"Well, I need to call my mom and tell her to come and pick me up," she said. "I'll see you guys at school tomorrow. Tell L that I'll see them tomorrow."

We gave Anemo a thumbs up and waved bye to her as she left the room.

"So, what's next?" K said.

"I'll take a look at these glasses and if I don't find anything, I'll give them back to you," J said.

"Do you think we'll ever go on another adventure?" I asked. "They're always so much fun and it's a great way for us to bond!"

"Who knows," K said.

"But no matter what," I started.

"We'll always be," J continued.

"One Step Closer To Home," L finished, half-asleep.

Self Doubt looked at the window showing the Creators. He wasn't angry, but he wasn't happy. If J found out something about those glasses, his past would be revealed. And he didn't want that to happen. He turned away from the window and walked away from it.

"One Step Closer To Home," he said, repeating what L had said.

He stopped in front of a window, showing him two adults and a 15-year-old girl. The adults were yelling and beating the girl for getting a low grade on her test. Self Doubt rubbed his hand against the window.

"One Step Closer To Home?" he repeated. "More like, 'One Step Closer To Hell.'"

He balled his hand into a fist and punched the window very hard, causing it to shatter.

"I've never had a home...and I never will."

The End...

And here we are at the end of My Nightmares! The fact I finished this before the main series really tells you something.

Anyways! I won't be working on The Secret of His Glasses until I finish the main series. I still have to finish the first part of the main series before I can even continue with the rest of the series. If you're curious, here's the order of the series.

This series is actually longer than the Shadow War series is going to be. So yeah. I will not be doing The Secret of His Glasses until I finish the main series, which is the four stories before My Nightmares. So yeah.
