[??? POV]

I was walking down the halls of the RainWing village, when I came upon a small snake. "Why, hello there.." I said, in the snake's language.

"Why hello," the snake replied, "I'm Sable, nice to meet you."

"Oh, I'm Haru!"
"Really? That's a cool name for a RainWing."

"Why thank you!" I said, then looked around and saw my fellow RainWings staring at me. My scales turned light red in embarrassment. "Uhm... Hello?" I said, this time speaking normally.

The RainWings looked away, pretending to be busy, so as I wouldn't notice them. This trick didn't work because I could read their minds. No, I am not a NightWing-RainWing hybrid, but I've been odd since birth. My mother left me to die, for some reason. I know that weird things happen whenever I'm around animals, but I didn't expect it to bring attention to myself..

I flew up to one of the platforms, because it was almost Sun Time. I lay on the second highest platform, charging my scales before anyone else does. I close my eyes, and darkness comes.

[ANNOUNCEMENT]

Hey, fellow FanWings! I was just introducing my oc into the story, don't mind him! Alright, time to get going.

[Winter POV]

I woke up, Qibli's warm scales heating up mine. I don't know why or how, but when I'm with him, he makes me feel.... safe. I quietly slip out of bed, trying not to wake him up. I quickly write a note and place it on the nightstand. I leave the room, cracking the door instead of shutting it. I walk down the hall and suddenly find Moon and Kinkajou making out. I smirk and walk away silently.

Qibli still hasn't awaken yet, so I go see what's for breakfast. Turns out they have kangaroo, scorpions, and lizards. I pick up a decent sized lizard and eat it, deciding that I wasn't all that hungry. I search for turtle, who, surprisingly, was awake.

"Hello, Winter.." he said, whispering so as not to wake the other sleeping dragons.

"Hey, Turtle." I replied, also keeping my voice down. "I'm bored."

"Wow. The mighty Prince Winter is bored?!"

"Yes, now shut up." I said, and then growled. "Qibli is still sleeping."

"Oooooo" he mused. "Someone's all lovey-dovey today." I snorted.

"Eh-" I replied, "Not really." And with that, I walked away.
