**AN: This is going to be a bit long, mostly because I couldn't figure out how to end this chapter (that was origianlly was going to be two)**

*Disa POV*

As everyone that is still alive from the wreckage started to pill in the cave, a couple of the men stood out from the rest. The farmer that I had my sword pointed at, and his friends. One of them, Garder, was the one doing the most complaining. He starts to moan and groan about the position we are in, no ships, more than half of the people are dead, the only weapons are our own, and not a lot of supplies and food.

"You made us sail here, and as far as we known, we... this little group here, are all that are left." Garder groans once more.

"You came here upon your own free will. Ragnar didn't force you to come along." I snap to the annoying child who only gave a glare back.

"Where is your army of revenge now, Ragnar Lothbrok?" The eldest of the three Stooges, Gudmund, asked and hissed his answer. "I'll tell you where it is. At the bottom of the sea feeding the fishes."

I rolled my eyes at the men who were expecting something a whole lot different from what they are experiencing right now. Did it not click in their heads that this is not a battle or war trip because if it was then they would be with Bjorn and Hvitserk going to the Mediterranean.

It's been a few hours of walking, or for Ivar clawing, the land of England. A few times having to hide from many patrols along the roads. People still complaining about what we are doing here to the point where I just want to punch them in the face. We are now on a break form walking, some are assessing the area, others laying down and resting. While me and a couple others build a gurney to carry Ivar.

"...now we have to carry the cripple." Gudmund mumbled to Garder.

"I can help carry Ivar." I stood up from my spot to look at them. "If you're going to complain and whine like babies the whole time."

Traveling through the English forests I was tempted to sing a song to make everyone's mood lift up a bit, but felt that I shouldn't. And with good reason too, because I heard a small female voice, almost a child, singing a song close by. We all stop where we stood for a couple of seconds and hid behind the trees and foliage of the forest. Me and the man carrying Ivar slowly pace backwards a few steps and move to a tree base where there was a lot of foliage for cover. The man moved to a near by tree a little further back, and just when I was about to move to another tree, the child's voice was closer. So I had no choice but to stay with Ivar for cover. His back was against the tuck of the tree while I sat down next to him, feeling that there will be no need to attack a child who is more than likely picking some food from the area; like mushrooms or berries. Her voice was getting louder as she was getting closer to us. Ivar tensed up as she was getting closer and placed his hand on top of his dagger. I hold out my hand for him to see and waved it side to side, indicating that there was no need of that. The girl stopped for a couple seconds making everyone more tense, but then continued before going back the way she came.

While the others were cooking and eating, I decided to get out of the forest for only a short while, to catch my breath and bearings. About a couple of minutes of walking I was at a rocky hill side that over looked the water that we sailed on. Taking a seat on one of the boulders there, I could hear the waves crashing against the rocks down below, birds talking to each other, and the rustling of the earth. Suddenly I hear grunting along with even louder rustling, looking around I didn't see anyone until I looked below me and saw two figures siting by each other, no doubt Ragnar and Ivar.

"Those soldiers will have discovered the wreckage by now." Hearing a rough voice coming from below me, "They'll be looking for us. And if they find us, we will look like a part of a raiding party. A small threat, but still a threat." That was definitely Ragnar speaking.
