Dante flew off a Beelzebub as he opened fire at the demon he was just standing on. Once he reached the ground, four Shadows charged at him. Holstering his pistols, he quickly unsheathed the Devil Sword. Once the first one got close enough, he used an overhead slash to cut it in half. The second Shadow jumped at him, but he rolled under and quickly upholstered Ivory, shooting it four times. After staggering, he twirled the sword in his hand before decapitating the demon with an overhead slash, before twirling it once again, chuckling to himself.

He stabbed one of them as it flew at him, trying to bite him. He saw at the corner of his eye as the last Shadow looked at him and charged, baring its teeth. He used the corpse of the third on his sword and threw it at the last one, staggering it. He unholstered his pistols and opened fire, killing the best in mere seconds. He gave a cocky grin to the corpse before putting his guns back into the holsters.

"Is that the best you can do?" he called out to no one in particular. Just then, a roar that sounded more like a cackling laugh erupted from behind Dante as he spun around. To his confusion, he saw a Nobody, but instead of holding the usual green mask in the giant hand that erupted from its back, it held a large glass orb that looked like it contained a small galaxy. Dante sighed.

"I really need to learn to keep my friggin mouth shut." Then, it reeled back the large hand and hurled the sphere at Dante. He smiled to himself as he pulled out Ebony and took aim at the incoming projectile. Once he pulled the trigger, the bullet fired out of the chamber and ripped through the glass. Once the bullet passed through the other side, a bright light began to engulf the area. Before Dante's brain could process what was happening, the light consumed him and began to die down. Once the light was completely gone, Dante was nowhere to be seen.

Hanzo thrust out his Kunai as Kuai summoned a shield of ice on his right forearm, blocking it, but in doing this, the Kunai was embedded in the shield. Kuai threw the shield to the right, causing the chain Hanzo was holding to be ripped from his hands. He quickly drew his Katana and charged as Kuai summoned a pair of ice daggers. Once he was only a few feet away, Hanzo stopped and raised his katana above his head, the blade pointing at his foe. Sub-Zero got his footing as he too prepared himself for combat. After a few seconds of just staring at and circling each other, Hanzo fell through a hell port, causing Kuai to spin in the other direction, expecting him to come up behind him. And, in some ways, he was right.

Scorpion then appeared behind Kuai and stabbed him through the side, before removing the blade across the whole back. Kuai grunted as he rolled forward, the fresh wounds on his back causing a small stinging pain. Once he stopped, he placed both hands on the wooden ground of the training camp and began to freeze it. Hanzo saw what he was trying to do, as he began to heat his feet and run at Kuai. As he neared, Sub-Zero raised his hands and began to fire razor-sharp icicles out of them and toward Hanzo. He managed to deflect some of them, but a few managed to hit him, two in the chest, and one in the right shoulder. This caused Scorpion to halt his siege and kneel, giving Kuai the chance to jump up and slam both Ice Daggers into him.

The foot soldier who was supervising the match called out, "Sub-Zero Wins!" Hanzo began to rip out the ice that was stuck inside of his body, causing a small groan in pain. Kuai walked up and pried out the two large frozen dirks, causing a slightly more audible groan. After removing the rest of the blades and returning his kunai to him, Scorpion began to walk toward the training dojo.

"If you need me, I will be honing the rest of my skills." Kuai sighed as he walked over and put a hand on his shoulder,

"Come now Hanzo, you can't beat yourself up over this. I was just lucky this time." he tried to assure his friend.
