THIRD PERSON'S POV
Sunghoon looked at him. The feeling of Jake's warmth to him is still there. He can still feel how warm Jake is. He looked at his hand, he can still feel it like he's still holding him.
"You're creepy."
Surprised by the comment, Sunghoon looked at Jake. He raised an eyebrow.
"Creepy?"
Jake turned to him. He seemed to gain more confidence. Sunghoon found himself backing out a bit to fully see him. His eyes falling on his eyes to his lips.
"Yeah. A moment you're so touchy. Then you're saying weird things. I just saw you stare at your hand like it's something precious and now. You're staring at my lips."
Sunghoon blinked. Jake noticed the details he thought he didn't. He gulped. Jake release a breath.
"You know what? Just do your thing and I'll do my thing."
He said as he turned in front. Focusing on his laptop, biting his lower lip. Sunghoon widened his eyes, following his action.
'Ah. He's teasing me.'
Maybe. Maybe Sunghoon was right. Because at the corner of his eyes, Jake surely saw it. The way Sunghoon followed his action. Feeling his heart race he spoke to himself.
'What am I even doing?'
The two somehow managed to do their own jobs. With Sunghoon mildly talking or you can even say flirting to Jake. Not that Jake doesn't respond.
"What time does our work ends?"
Sunghoon spoke. Again, getting unbelievably close to Jake. The man distancing himself but Sunghoon pulled his chair.
"Five."
Sunghoon nodded and moved away. Jake calmed down, but Sunghoon went back again. This time a lot closer.
"What are you doing?!"
"Can I get your number?"
Jake looked at him. And he rolled his eyes.
"No."
"But what if I need to ask something about the script?!"
"Then wait for the next day. It's not like we won't see each other tomorrow."
"But—"
"I need peace Sunghoon. Can you move a bit? You're too close."
Jake said as he pushed Sunghoon away from him. It's not that he don't like him being close. He actually loves it.
It seemed like it worked. A week has passed. Sunghoon is already getting close on finishing his drawings.
Just a little more and they will start editing. And maybe the next week, they can finally start recording.
Still he stays at Jake's office. Not that he really need to but he is insisting to stay.
"Do you have plans later?"
He asks the man beside him. Jake is only reviewing the details for the script. He turned to Sunghoon.
"And why?"
Sunghoon approached him. Putting his hands on the armrests of Jake's chair.
"Let's hang out!"
Jake looked at him. He's actually a little bit thankful for Sunghoon. Since he met him, his nightmares had stopped.
Sure he still has them, but now, he can find himself waking up before he could be submerged on the water again.
"And what are we going to do?"
"Stargazing?! I know a park near by."
'Stargazing? Then what hour are we going home?'
Jake wanted to disagree. But he's surprised with his answer.
"Yeah sure."
Sunghoon let out a smile. A big smile. He went to grab Jake's hand, lightly squishing it. Jake pulled back.
"But can you please stop touching me?!"
Instead of being ashamed, Sunghoon moved his face to Jake. The other man automatically backing out.
Which is not really an effort, he was already resting on his chair, the distance between the two is getting smaller.
"Can I kiss you?"
Jake widened his eyes?
"What the?! G-get off me!"
But his actions didn't match to his words. Jake knew it, he was also silently wishing for Sunghoon to just lean in already. He missed his touch and he don't even know why.
"Jake— WHY DO I ALWAYS NEED TO SEE THE BOTH OF YOU LIKE THAT?! JUST KISS ALREADY!!!"
Hearing someone on the door, Sunghoon looked back. Jake got the opportunity to push the man again as he glared at Jay.
'Never fails to ruin the mood.'
He hates Sunghoon's touches. But a part of him is longing for it. So even if he hates it, he still wants it.
