You sigh in content, another case was dealt in your favor today, and now you're back in your office. Your secretary, Jennie welcomed you with an all-knowing smile. "Winning streak again?" You smirk as you slid off your blazer and placed your case down on the floor and plopped on the couch. Head tilting back as relaxation oozes from your body.
"Hell yeah," You grinned. "DA's office called me earlier to come by the office once I'm well rested enough." Jennie hummed and brought out a champagne bottle with two glasses. "Guess it calls for another celebratory drink?"
You sat up straight, "Yeah, pour up, secretary Kim." Your friend chuckled and pour you a drink, the water sloshing as she fills the glass. "Of course, Lawyer Jang." You smirked at the name, it had been years since you worked for the Hwang-Kim's Firm, and Kim Jisoo and Hwang Yeji as partners of the firm.
You take pride in becoming their best plan of attack in terms of heavy cases and now you're here, after finishing with Jeon's food poisoning case you decided to let a little loose today. "Y/N," Jennie starts, "I have to go, I've been told that an associate fell off a ladder while stacking old cases."
You nod, "Go ahead," She bows and leaves the office, leaving you alone with a drink in hand. Swirling the glass, you didn't miss the sound of your glass door opening to reveal a young man with a suit, plump lips, and blonde hair and he's someone you don't know, and you don't care.
"Wrong office," You barked yet he didn't get out. "Y/N, great job in making Seo Jisung the face of your class action suit." His statement made you furrow your eyebrows and place down the drink as you sat up straight with arms crossed to your chest.
"I don't know who Seo Jisung is."
The man smirk and pointed a finger at you, "Well you better find out." And walk towards the window, admiring the view. You exhaled sharply, "How about you introduce yourself first so I can know who the hell broke into my office or I'm calling security." You press the intercom, "Jennie!"
"Relax," He turns back with a coy smirk. "I'm Park Jimin." You turn your head towards his direction with a raised brow, "You're Park Jimin?"
He shifted his weight on the other polished shoe, "You've heard of me?" You scoffed and avert your attention to your phone. "No," You answer curtly, annoyed that this other lawyer broke into your office to talk about some client.
