Jeno, Jaemin, Haechan and Renjun parted ways with Chenle and Jisung.
they're now heading straight to their room when haechan spotted a familliar person at the lockers.

"bro look, it's yena" he whispered after tapping jeno's shoulder to tell him but jaemin heard it and looked at where haechan pointed.

"oh jaem? i need this two to accompany me, we have something to do bye." renjun said while pulling haechan and jeno leaving jaemin behind.

he knows that his friends wants him to make a move, i mean it's too obvious.

"we'll see you later" jeno said winking at jaemin.

once his friends was no longer his sight he took a glance at the girl who's still focusing on putting her books neatly clearly not aware of people behind her.

he made his way to the girl and tried to scare her.

"boo"

yena didn't even flintch instead she looked up to see the person who was trying to scare her.

she met his eyes and she would be lying if she didn't felt intimidated at jaemin even he was smiling, jaemin's presence gave chills all over her body and recalling the memory of her nudes being sent to him didn't help, it made her nervous as hell but she still kept her posture straight and pretended that his presence didn't bother her.

"wow, very scary" she muttered.

"rude" jaemin said.

"why is he talking to that nerd?"
"ew so disgusting"
"i bet jaemin wouldn't date a girl like her, he fits me perfectly anyways"

they heard students gossips behind their back which honestly made yena felt mentally insecure but kept her physical appearance cool.

"what are you all looking at? mind your own businesses" jaemin said while glaring at students who's giving them weird looks.

"don't worry about them and tell me if they do something to you" jaemin said while looking at yena.

yena didn't answer back instead, she closed her lockers and went straight to their classroom without spearing a single glance at jaemin.

jaemin just followed and took a seat between jeno and renjun.

"how did it go?" haechan asked.

"change the bet" jaemin asnwered before he folded his arms and comfortably slept.

his friends exchanged looks clearly confused of jaemin's sudden decision but didn't asked him because his tone was kind of annoyed and angry.
