Chapter 3: 'Arts and Crafts: Doodling'

MIDORIYA'S POV

Kacchan brought me into his room to do arts! I never knew he was interested in it. He always hated doing art during class, guess he's changed his mind? We decided to do something like a 'Classroom Tree'. Well, instead of a 'Family Tree'. We gathered the supplies and put it all on the small desk near Kacchan's big ass bed. I laid down on it, oh my gosh, it was so smooth and comfy! Just like my room, I was super comfortable. He decided on what to do, it was like a real school project. I didn't mind though, I sort of just followed whatever Kacchan wanted, it was just refreshing to see him smile and happy. I remember one of those times when he was going through something. It was a pretty hard time for him, I didn't know what to do. I remember he told me he wanted to say something about k*ll*ng himself. It was tragic for me to hear that, as his best friend, it's my job to make sure he's happy and comfortable. I don't exactly remember why he was depressed. I think it was because of some certain people, I don't know. But, I really shouldn't be minding others business. I started on the project thing while Kacchan printed some of our classmates class photos.

BAKUGOU'S POV

What is wrong with that nerd? He was just clueless and dozed off for a bit. I tried to call for his attention, twice. Is he thinking about something? I wanna know, but that would make me nosy and everything. I wonder what he was thinking about, I wish I knew. Anyways, I got the supplies for the small project were doing. It's like were in school but the project can be anything that we like. After grabbing the supplies, I brought it back to the desk near my bed, where Deku was. Deku was already doodling on the white piece of paper. I didn't know what he was doodling, I asked him and he immediately grabbed the eraser and started erasing the doodle. He was too fast, I couldn't see what he was drawing anymore. I asked him, no response. I was starting to get suspicious of him, since he always tells me everything. He even tells me what he had for lunch or dinner. Kinda weird sometimes.

MIDORIYA'S POV

Omg, Kacchan almost saw my drawing! I'm so glad I erased it on time. If he saw it, he'd probably be cringed out or something. He hates people doodling him. I don't know why, I guess he just finds it weird? I mean, I like it when people doodle me, I find it sweet. Guess not everybody has the same perspective. I personally like it when people draw me with my hero suit on. It's cool, it makes me feel like a real pro hero. Even if it's just a doodle. Anyways, we started on the 'Classroom Tree' and I decorated it. Kacchan put the pictures of our classmates on the roots, or whatever you call it. I then put some little doodles beside the drawings. I kept drawing and drawing, until I noticed something. Kacchan was staring at one of my drawings, it was the drawing I doodled beside his picture. And, he was.. smiling. I instantly smiled, it made me so happy seeing Kacchan like my drawing. I saw him touch the drawing with his hand. It seemed like he wanted the drawing to be real or something, but wow. I've never seen Kacchan happy about some stupid doodle, I actually thought he would be mad if I even drew him. It made my heart flutter. I'm actually pretty happy I'm stuck in here. With Kacchan.

NO ONE'S POV

The two worked on the project, which was not really a project, and finished by around dinner time. After dinner, they want back up to Bakugou's room and fixed everything up. Bakugou brought all the markers and things they used back at the closet where he got them from. Midoriya was doodling on one of the notebooks Bakugou owned. He was drawing Bakugou, or Kacchan obviously. Bakugou excused himself to the bathroom, and while he was in there, he was preparing his plan to steal the notebook away from Midoriya (Deku). He found a way and hoped it would work. 'Hey Deku!' Said Bakugou, Midoriya looked at him and replied with 'Yeah Kacchan?' 'Can you go out for a sec? I need to change clothes and the bathroom isn't so clean yet.' It was somewhat a stupid reason, but anyways, Midoriya agreed and carelessly left the notebook, making Bakugou proud of himself. He opened the notebook and tried to look for the doodle, and there it was, It was adorable, it wasn't too cringey, it was the type of drawing Bakugou liked. He got his phone and took a picture of the doodle and placed the notebook away. He told Deku to come in and after that, they played video games the whole night.
