We're attacking in two days

*still in the flashback*

Enzo's POV
She then grab my collar and pulls me to her. "Did you bug my house?" She asks as I stare at her in disbelief, did she know that it's fake? If she does then why hasn't she left him? "Yeah we did?" Gio says. "Did you bug my house?" She asks agin keeping her eyes on me. I still couldn't find words so she let go of me. "Your pathetic" she says.

Why is she being so on and off? First she bursts out crying in front of us, then when I go to help her she shouts at me, and now she's being cold. These idiots have messed her up. But don't worry Mi amore, I will save you from them. I promise.

She then walks away after saying something else. "You have no idea what you've just done" she says as I look at her in confusion. What did she mean? I'm so lost right now.

*End of flashback*

"Bro you good" Gio asks me. "Yeah fine" I answer. "No you're not" he replies. "Then why did you ask?" I snap as he puts his hands up to surrender. "Sorry" he says. "What's on your mind?" He questions. "Rose. What else is on my mind? I just don't get it though" I say before taking a pause.

"I mean I've tried so hard to get her to just give me a sign that she still loves me. I mean I haven't heard from her since the ball which was felt like forever ago and she even stood me up when she told me to go to Emilia's house so I could see her. And today she didn't even act like Rose. It was like she was a different person. One who really doesn't love me" I say. "It's the Marcino's. This is why we need to get her back as soon as possible" Gio says as the driver pulls up in the driveway.

"Yeah but it's been two weeks and a day. I mean do you think that maybe her feelings for me have vanished. Maybe she really doesn't love me anymore" I add on, partly regretting that I even thought that let alone said it out loud. "Are you crazy? If she didn't love you then don't you think she would've escaped and left Valentino for you to get killed. No, she's still with him BECAUSE she loves you, because she doesn't want you dead" Gio says as I nod my head. He's right. And I curse myself for even thinking that Rose doesn't love me anymore. She's doing all this for me.

I then got out the limo and go straight into our room as I change into a pair of sweatpants and get into bed. I take the sleeping pills that are on the bedside desk and lie down as I slowly close my eyes.

*The next morning*

I wake up the next morning at around seven o'clock because I hear my phone ringing. Good thing I went yesterday bed early, it's only because of the pills. That's what I've had to resort to every now and then because I honestly cannot sleep without Rose. The pills didn't even work properly because I was still tossing and turning all night.

I think at some point I even ended up moving over to her side. I just miss her so much. I miss her sweet face that I love seeing before I go to sleep, I miss having her body so close to mine that I can feel the heat radiating off her, I miss everything. I just want her back. I need her back.

*A few minutes later*
