It's important to fight your fears, because you can never know if someone or something can use it against you. In fact, such fears are important to address because they can negatively impact both physical and mental health, contributing to cardiovascular disease, immune dysfunction, chronic illness, depression, and anxiety. Fear can take control of you in many ways, it can stop you from defending yourself in bad times. Feat is a loop that never ends, no matter how hard you try, you can never get rid of it.
