Irina started recording their confession because she was happy for her childhood friend confessing to the love of his life. They knew how Rias fell for him and he was afraid to confess even when he fell for her. Both Issei and Rias were blushing and then she started crying tears of joy, she kissed him and he returned the kiss. The other except for Rossweisse, Kiba and Gasper got a bit jealous.
