Chapter 1: Marinette

Calmness, Tranquility, Relaxation and Joy were emotions Marinette was feeling in her sleep before she heard... "Marinette! Your alarm has been going off for 15 minutes! You don't want to be late for your first day at school!" yelled Sabine. "Ughhhhhh can I stay up a little longer" she said lazily. "No Marinette, school is starting soon. Come downstairs and eat breakfast so you can get ready." Sabine spoke. "You're right. I'm sorry mom" Marinette spoke softly as she got up from her bed and walked downstairs for breakfast. "Hey mom do you think Chloé is going to be in my class again?" said Marinette. Sabine then reassured her that the probability of her being in the same class for four years in a row are slim to none but Marinette expected the worse. After she finished her cereal she headed upstairs to get ready. As she showered, she thought about how different her life would be with Chloé and her minion Sabrina out of her life. She also thought about how she never had a best friend. "Marinette come down stairs, I have something for you!" said Tom. "Coming Dad" yelled Marinette. "Okay what is it Dad" she said. Her father then explained that he made macarons for her class. "OMG thank you dad! My class will so love them!" squealed Marinette as Tom and Sabine smiled. "Alright then, well I have to get to school now. So see ya later?" Marinette spoke as she kissed her parents goodbye. As she walked she tried to think happy thoughts but then... "AHHHHHHHHHHH!" She gasped and ran toward the scream into a dark alley.

There was a man who was getting hurt by a gang of other men and then one pulled out a gun. After that Marinette's flight or flight mode was initiated but her body's response was the worst  to do in that situation. She ran towards the men and began to shield the poor man. She then got out her phone and threatened to call police. That's when the men left. She picked the man up and  got bandages from the nearest drugstore. She talked to the man, still in disbelief that those men would hurt an innocent old man. He then thanked her for her good deed and decided to hand her a little box. She asked what it was and he smirked (or at least tried to in pain) and said "an act of kindness this grand must be rewarded. You are a kind you're young lady and you will do many great things"She didn't know what that box had but she would soon find out. She also didn't know that the old man had the powers to bend reality itself. He was the guardian. He had powers at his disposal none had. And this fact would be in her favor.

"Alright everyone so that is how Louis XIV became king of France. Any quest-"

"Good Morning Mrs. Bustier! Good Morning everyone!" Marinette shouted, happily but still tired from running her way to school.

"Good morning Marinette but be more quiet coming in when you are late. Students are working. And hurry up putting your bags down and take this down quickly." said Mrs. Bustier.

"Yes Ma'am" she said while nodding her head.

As she started getting her books out and sitting in her seat Marinette felt a tap on her shoulders. before she could turn around she heard a violent voice say "GET OUT OF MY SEAT DUPAIN-CHENG!" She turned around only to see Chloé Bourgeois, The Mayor's daughter. "Really Chloè?" Marinette said, "You know this was my seat for the last 4 years. Don't you sit over there?" Chloé then looked at her minion Sabrina. "Not anymore! The FAMOUS Adrien Agreste is coming to this school and he is sitting here. WITH ME!" Sabrina nodded in agreement. "Maybe you should go and sit with that new girl!" Sabrina said with a smirk on her face. "You can come sit here" said the mysterious new girl. "FINE! You always get what you want Chloé and if he's a friend of YOURS then that's probably someone I wouldn't want to sit with!And you know what seats don't change a thing!" She said with her face red and an angry expression on her face as she got up and went t sit with the new girl.

"Alright that is ENOUGH of the yelling! Settle down class sand Marinette I warned you to be quiet when others are working!" 

"Sorry Mrs. Bustier" Marinette said with her head down in a calm manner. Sabrina and Chloé began to snicker. "Don't mind her. All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good people do nothing. - Majesia. And that girl is evil and we are the good people girl." spoke the new girl. "Brava! that was a really nice quote." Marinette said with a smile on her face. "I see you brought macarons, may I have one?" Marinette nodded her head with a smile. "WOAH these are awesome!" The new girl said. "Thank you!" she said, "Im Marinette!" her cheeks then began to turn red. "Well Marinette, my name is Alya. Alya Césaire. They then started smiling and shook hands.
