Notes:

So apparently, I'm back again. I actually finished writing the next chapter. I was actually going to go to sleep. Because in between writing the first chapter and writing this chapter, I had a 3-hour Shakespeare class, and I thought I was going to be so tired that I wasn't going to be able to finish the second chapter. But I proved myself wrong because I spent a little over an hour just writing this chapter. So there's that.

And also, I wrote like seven pages again, so there's that. I don't really have anything else to say because I just posted the last chapter like 10 to 20 minutes ago. So anything that I wanted to say, I said then, and nothing has changed for me cuz it's only been a few minutes, so here's the second chapter.

Damon POV:

I was sleeping in bed, and my phone was ringing. I assume it's Stephan or Elena complaining about something or another, but funnily enough, it's someone I never expected to call me again in his life. It's dear old Stiles. I couldn't miss the opportunity not to pick up. Something interesting is always going to happen when he's around, and I'm here for it.

"Why hello, Stiles. I will tell you I did not expect you to call me this morning. What a wonderful surprise." I said, smirking into the phone.

I quickly stood up out of bed; sleeping was boring anyway.

"Stop; I have something important to discuss. Are you alone?" Stiles asks over the phone.

"Yes, I'm alone. Nobody likes to hang out with me anyway. So what's up? What dangers are you in now?" I am curious.

"Oh, not me actually; it has really nothing to do with me. But I remember you're friends with Bonnie, and I just thought I should let you know that I think she went missing because of a supernatural monster. Honestly, I don't really know much about it since it happened in Beacon Hills, and I am currently not there."

Hmm. I do like the Bon-Bon a bit.

"What supernatural monster exactly? And I thought you don't like her anymore." I said.

Stiles POV:

I didn't really want to tell him not yet. Because just in case he had heard of the ghost riders, I didn't want him to say no, I'm not gonna help you you're on your own.

So I phrase the prompts of him joining me like so,

"I don't like Bonnie. But if she's in trouble, I assumed you wanted to save her since you're her friend. I'm not that cruel of a person to just let her die. That being said, I also have someone who is in trouble, so I'm going to go there anyway, so I thought I might as well let you know just in case you wanted to help me since we had similar goals. And I will only tell you what creature awaits us in Beacon Hills if you agree to come with me. So if you want to come, meet me in California at the airport in 4 days. If you're there, then I'll tell you everything I learned. If you're not, then you didn't really need to know." I said, hoping that Damon would be curious enough just to join.

Luckily I was right.

"Fine. You have piqued my interest. Four days and I'll be in California. You better be there in this better not be a joke because I will come and find you. And you will not be happy when I find you," Was what Damien said as he hung up.

Well, that was one down and possibly two more to go.

Next on the list was calling Lydia. Because I assumed this phone call would be concise.

"Lyd's? Are you busy right now?" I asked.

"Oh, no, Stiles, I'm not busy, not at all, not like I have a final due in four hours. But what do you need?" Lydia sassed at me.
