I plopped the bike down and rushed into the house. I needed time alone to think. Of course I was alone already, no one was home but I liked it when I was in my room. First I went straight to the kitchen and got some gummy worms and then headed straight to my room. I pushed open my door and jumped on my bed. "I hate my life! Life isn't fair! I hate school! I hate Brittney! I hate Jake! Why does everyone think I'm weird or something! Ugh!" I screamed on the top of my lungs.
No one was going to be home for awhile. Jake had football and was going to hang out with Brittney all day and mom wasn't going to come home till 5 and dad was working late night shift. "What to do, What to do." I looked on my phone to see if Maddie had any pills to give me and sure enough she did. I texted her if she could pick me up from my house. A little while later I heard a knock on the front door and sure enough it was Maddie. I grabbed my jacket and ran out the door into the car.
"Hey Rebecca I found out that gabby is throwing a party tonght. Want to go? And here's the pills you wanted." " Sure, we'll go to the party. Its not like anyone cares about me." "What time did your mom say we have to be home?" Maddie asked me. "Oops *forgot* to asked her so lets stay all night. If you dont mind. I just need to get out of this place." I responded. "OK sure" Maddie said with a smile on her face. You never knew what was going to happen at a party.
When we got there I saw some people from school but not many. We went to the food first. We were starving to death. After Maddie and I finished Maddie whispered to me "Let's go find some hot guys." All I had to say was "Let's go."
(Hours later)
It was 2 o'clock. I woke up. "What just happened and where am I?" I looked around and when I came to my senses I saw that I was still at the party. "Did I get drunk or something? I have no idea." I stood up and went looking for Maddie. I saw her on a couch sleeping right next to a hot boy. I was still half asleep and I couldn't see straight. I walked over to Maddie and lightly poked her and whispered "We have to leave now, its 2 o'clock in the morining."
We collected our stuff and walked to the car which was paked all the way down the long driveway. There was no way I would let Maddie drive us home. I have no idea what she did last night but I'm not taking chances. I got in the drivers seat and turned on the car. I had no idea how to dive but we'll get home one way or another. I dropped off Maddie at her house and put her in bed. She could barely walk on her own.
