I got in the car, grabbed the keys, and started her up. Its been awhile since I had drove myself anywhere. Its probably because I lock myself in my room pretty much all the time.

"So where are we headed?" Joey said as he hoped in the passenger seat.

"I, am going shopping. You, are going anywhere else." I said dryly.

"Awe I wanted to spend time with my favorite sister!"

"Joey, I'm your only sister, unless. DO WE HAVE A SISTER?"

"Jess calm down." He paused and looked out the window dramatically. "I didn't know when would be the right time to tell you this."

I just stared at him with loads of confusion, my face probably looked like I was constipated. "Are you serious?" I asked in a low soft voice.

He slowly turned around with the biggest grin I'd ever seen, placed his hands on my shoulders and leaned in. His face was by my ear and oh my his breath was the worst. I'm almost positive he doesn't brush.

"NO!" He screamed as he was blowing out my ear drums.

"WHAT THE HECK? IM GOING TO GO DEPF BECAUSE OF YOU!" I yelled back as I punched him hard in the arm.

"OW! Why do you punch like a man?" He asked.

"Why can't you?"

He didn't say anything but just rubbed his arm where I punched.

I put my seatbelt on and started to back out the driveway, and prayed that this day wouldn't end badly.

"Your total is $125.83." The cashier said as she finished ringing up my stuff.

The cashier had blonde hair although you could still see her roots. She had light blue/gray eyes and some really white teath. She was wearing a plain white baggy shirt with washed out blue jeans. She also had on a necklace that automatically drew your attention from its shininess.

As I grabbed my wallet from by back pocket the cashier asked me something I expected would happen.

"Is he your boyfriend?" She asked pointing to horrid creature looking at us.

"Oh God no! Sadly, he's my brother" I said giving her my credit card. I don't know why I decided to spend so much. I know I needed clothes but I've never spent this much before.

"Oh" Was all she said after she swiped my card.

"Can you put in the pin?"

"Oh, yes sorry." I put in my pin and she gave me back my card.

"Well, have a nice day!" She said beaming ear to ear as she gave me my bags and receipt.

"Thanks, you too! Oh, if your interested in that." I said pointing to Joey. "Then you should know he's available." I whispered.

"Really?" She was really surprised which I dint blame her. Not that I'm hitting on my pig of a brother but, I do have to say he doesn't look to bad.

"Yeah! I'll bring him over if your ready." So he can stay here and chat with you and I go as far away as possible!

She started to mess with her hair to look flirty I'm guessing. She let out a big breath. "Okay."

I smiled and walked over to Joey.

"Joey, could you talk to that cashier over there. Shes not really listening to me." I asked knowing this was the worst lie I've ever made.

"Uh, sure, what do you want me to say?" Wow, he bought it. That or he just wants to talk to someone.
