MaKenzie's POV:
Last night I got some news that I finally get to go home. My parents are both now sober and able to have me come home. I'm so excited I've missed them both so much. I just I wish they would get married already. Hopefully, they will.
*later that evening*
*Kenzie is waiting on the front porch for her parents*
Kenzie: *sighs nervously*
*Lucas drives up with Elizabeth and Kenzie's tears start falling down her face*
Kenzie: Oh my god they're here.
*Elizabeth gets out and Kenzie runs into Elizabeth's arms crying. Elizabeth hugs her tight*
Elizabeth: Oh baby girl. I missed you so much.
*a tear falls down Elizabeth's face as she wipes Kenzie's tears. Kenzie walks over to Lucas and hugs him*
Lucas: I missed you sweetheart
Kenzie: I missed you both so much.
*They put Kenzie's things in the car. Then they get in the car and start heading home.*
Kenzie: How much did you miss me momma?
*Elizabeth looked at kenzie*
Elizabeth: I missed you so much Babygirl, more than anything in this world. It felt like a part of me was taken away from me for a life time. You are my everything and nothing will change that baby.
Kenzie: Promise?
*Elizabeth Smiled*
Elizabeth: I promise sweetheart.
