Endless (BNHA)

Chapter six

"You can't send one of us home! I mean, we just got here! Even if it wasn't the first day, that isn't fair." A girl in the front of the group shouted.
"Oh, and you think natural disasters are?" Mr. Aizawa expressed causing everyone to gasp, "Or power hungry villains? Or catastrophic accidents that wipe out whole cities? No, the world is full of unfairness. It's a hero's job to try to combat that unfairness. If you wanna be a pro, you're gunna have to push yourself to the brink. For the next three years, UA will throw one terrible hardship after another at you." Mr. Aizawa continued his lecture.
"This is boring." I thought to myself as I kick the sand under my feet. Mr. Aizawa kept talking about what it took to be a hero and about how UA will help them achieve that dream but at many costs. I could care less about anything he said, my job will be over soon.
"I don't approve of this kind of hazing, but UA's the top hero program. I have no choice." Tenya thought to himself as he took a sip of his water.
"Time to blow these nerds away." Bakugou thought to himself as he began to warm up again.
"Now then. We're just wasting time by talking. Let the games begin." Mr. Aizawa said with a little smirk on his face.

TEST ONE - 50 METER DASH

"Runners, on your marks. Ready-" a fake gun shot goes off from the machine causing Tenya and a frog girl to run.
"Awwe she's kinda adorable." I think to myself as Tenya runs lightning speed across the finish line and she hops.
"3.04 seconds." The machine displayed Tenya's time.
"Well, he's definitely in his element, but speed won't help him in every test. Mr. Aizawa mumbled to himself.
"5.58 seconds." The machine displayed once more counting the adorable green haired girls time. The next two students lined up to run, one of the girls was touching her shoulders and shoes talking to herself. The boy with a long tail just stood there.
"5.49 seconds." The machine revealed the boy with the tails time.
"7.15 seconds." The machine displayed once more for the girls time.
"Well, at least that's faster than junior high." The girl thought to herself with a smile.
"Alright, Marise you're running this one with Mina and Aoyama since there's an odd number." Mr. Aizawa commands. I walk up to the line next to the boy with blonde hair and a weird looking belt.
"Here goes nothing." I said as I put my feet in the starting blocks.
"Nice attempt, mon amis." Aoyama spoke up turning around. Mina and I look at him with a confused look as she places her legs on the Starter blocks. "But you're just not showing enough panache!" He said in a flaunting manner as the makeshift gun went off. Aoyama jumps up and a master beam shoots from his stomach causing him to fly backwards. Mina and I began running. I was right behind Aoyama when his quirk stopped working causing him to face plant the ground. I chuckled a little then continued to run.
"5.17 seconds." The machine revealed giving me my time.
"5.51 seconds." It said again giving Mina and Aoyama there shared time.
"Hm. Shooting my beautiful beam for more than a second hurts my tummy." Aoyama states as he looks back at Mina, some red haired dude, a guy with black hair and tales coming out of his elbows, the guy with yellow hair and I. "What a tool." We all thought in unison.
"Testing the upper limits of their powers helps me assess more room for growth. It becomes clear what they can and can't do. Their true potential." Mr. Aizawa thought to himself.
"Makes sense." I thought to myself. I noticed Mr. Aizawa looking around confused for a second before calling on Bakugou and Midoriya to run next. Midoriya nervously puts his legs on the starting blocks, Bakugou does the same but with a calm look on his face. They began running after the makeshift gun goes off.
"Sometimes, pros have to be creative in order to succeed." Mr. Aizawa thought to himself.
Bakugou jumps up in the air yelling "BUST SPEED." As his arms fly back with large explosions giving him a major boost ahead.
"4.13 seconds." The machine reads Bakugous time. "Not bad." I think to myself, "If I could use the other quirks I have I could of done it in 0.1." I thought as a smirk began to form on my face.
"7.02 seconds." The machine states as Midoriya runs past the white line.
"My power has more uses than anyone else's in this school. Pathetic." Bakugou thinks to himself as Midoriya stood trying to catch his breath.
"Man, this is annoying." I think to myself as I turn around trying my best to block out everyone's constant thoughts in my head.
