PB was in her lab, she had been in there for a while and was starting to get frustrated
"Aww fudge, how am I supposed to mix this aphrodisiac if I don't have any love to put in?"
She had been working on this formula for a while now, some of her subjects were arguing and have been for a couple weeks. After many failed attempts she quickly discovered that science wasn't the answer when it came to relationships, so she was trying something unfamiliar to her, she was trying to use magic
"Peppermint Butler?!" She called out, within seconds he was in the room
"Yes Princess?" He looked up at her
"Bring me more roses from the garden, some of the rainbow and some of the red" she was sure that adding a multitude of things that represent love would help
"Right away Princess" he dashed out of the room
"I might as well get some air while I wait" she sighed and walked to her window, looking down at her subjects scurrying about doing the same thing they do every day. She felt uneasy, something was up and she didn't know what, over the past two weeks, she had been seeing a shadow, a shadow that had been following her around, and it wasn't her own
She spotted a flicker of darkness out of the corner of her eye, she turned only to find that her book with the aphrodisiac formula in it had been turned to another page, on the page there was a poem, she read it aloud
"The meaning of love you must define...
to fill your very own divide...
because those who know love within their soul...
know the ingredient for the bowl"
She was standing there thinking about it when she heard footsteps in her doorway
"I have returned Princess" it was peppermint Butler
She turned to face him "excellent, bring me the roses"
"Yes Princess" he walked to the desk and handed her 2 rainbow roses and 2 red roses
"Thank you, now leave me to my work" she held the roses delicately in her arms
"Yes Princess" he scurried out of the room
Once she made sure he was gone, she took the roses and placed both kinds in two different vases, she put the rainbow roses in a red vase and the red roses in a rainbow vase, she then poured water in both the vases and set them on her windowsill
