𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐋𝐘𝐍 𝐑𝐄𝐘𝐄𝐒 loved her family to the fullest, always happy and humble people. her brother's loved their little sister with all their hearts and always wanted to protect their sister by any costs.

her mother is a good woman, always their for her. never really had her bad moments with her. her mother loved Evelyn with her whole heart. the two would always walk to the store down the street to get food and always would have their fun walking and talking.

her mother would always talk to Evelyn about her stories from back then, when she was a little girl and she would help her parents farm, feed the animals and things like that. when her mother would soak her hair in water de papa to make it longer.

the stories were interesting for young Evelyn, besides Evelyn never really had much friends at a young age and throughout school. some here and there but not much really.

her father was a good man too, always there for her when needed, felt safe around him, thought Evelyn things about what to do and not to do, taught her some future life skills.

she love her parents to the fullest.

her brother's, Angel was always protective over his sister no matter what. one time when Evelyn was eight, she went home telling her mother that she liked this one boy named Jose in her class. her mother would always tease her and talk with her daughter about the boy.

one day Angel overheard and got mad by the fact that his little sister liked a boy in school, then one time Evelyn tried talking to Angel and he ignored her and which that made Evelyn sad and cry and tell her big brother she wouldn't like no more boys.

Ez, being the second oldest was also protective over his little sister tambien but at least not much like Angel. Ez would walk his sister to school early in the morning all the time, the two would always talk about random stuff and things at home. they had their good moments most of the time.

everything was alright for the Reyes family. happy.

but then soon their happiness as a family soon disappeared fast.

the hot day went by alright for Evelyn, her 13 year old self. while Evelyn was working on her homework she heard her mother yelling for her.

Evelyn stood up from the floor, her papers scattered and a few books here and there on the floor.
