In terrified haste, The Central Government declared the Outlier Districts a lost cause and decreed all mankind retreat behind Wall Rose. Estimates held that nearly ten thousand lives were lost to the Titan offensive.
The bells ringing seems to have woken Eren up from quite a horrific dream by the looks of it. "Hey. It's okay. You were just dreaming." Mikasa assures him. "I-It, it felt so real" he says back to her. "Nightmare, shake it off" I say to him, now really is not the time to be fretting over some silly dream he might of had. I notice Eren looking at his neck in surprise, my gaze followed his. What? Why was Mr Jeagers key around his neck, Eren seemed pretty shaken. Ah well, "Come on, they are handing out food rations near the warehouse." I say to him. He tucks the key under his shirt and follows after Mikasa. We slowly make our way out of the barn we were in. Our attention is quickly redirected over to than man arguing with someone else. "I don't think so friend!" The other said grabbing on to the man's collar. "Give me a break! All I've had for two days is a mouldy bit of crust!" He shouts back. "Not exactly a dignified existence.." I comment.
Eren, Armin, Tayden and Mikasa where now refugees. Armin had just come back with some bread for everyone. Eren was ranting about killing all the Titans. Mikasa was force feeding Eren. Tayden was just sitting staring at the necklace his dad had given him on his 5th birthday.

Then Eren started shouting at some mps. Tayden sighed and walked up to the mps he punched them in the face then kneed their stomachs and grabbed Eren and walked off. "Hey I-I was fine!" Eren cried, "If fine is having almost beaten the shit out of then sure you where perfectly fine." Eren huffed while Armin chuckled a little. "You should stop picking fights you can win." Tayden said bluntly. "Shut up not everyone as strong as you you know!" "I know."

Keith Shadis was shouting at the new recruits. Tayden was slouching after standing in the same spot. Shadis noticed this and walked over. "Who are you cadet!" He shouted. "Could you stop shouting I'm right in front of you" replied Tayden, "I'm Tayden Ackerman from Shiganshina district" (Shadis POV) An Ackerman huh "You should show more respect to your superiors!" "I thought I told you to stop shouting my ears hurt and I don't see anything about you that is superior to me." The nerve this kid has is pissing me off. "Run laps until you drop from exhaustion!" "Whatever at least it's quiet then" he leaves to run laps. This kid pisses me off.
