Cold
Dark
Dead
Her chest is tightening
One moment she's here
Next she's gone
In the past
In her painSave her before its too late
Save her before she's lost
To the darkness
Save her before she's gone forever
To the past
To the pain
Her life is a living hell
She is begging for relief
Begging to be saved from the darknessOnly you can save her
When she tenses
When the light disappears
From her eyes
Hold her close
Rub her shoulder
Whisper truth in her ear
Hold her hand
She'll come back slowly
Then all at onceDon't blame her for leaving
Its not her fault
It all started with one man
He stole the spark in her eyes
The fire in her soul
And extinguished themNow she is lost between two worlds
One is filled with light
The other is filled with darkness
So deep it can be felt
It suffocates her
One second she'll be in the light
Then the darkness will drag her down
Where there is no escapeOnly you can save her
So when she tenses
When the darkness creeps in
And the spark disappears
From her eyes
Hold her tight
Rub her shoulder
Whisper truth in her ear
Hold her hand
She'll come back slowly
Then all at onceHer darkness
Is afraid of your voice
The sound of your name
When it rings in her head
Silences her demons
