Alexis was now in the hospital. She slowly came back to her senses only to get an earful from her parents.
"ALEXIS ROSE. Were you trying to kill yourself?! Those pills aren't meant for you. What exactly happened in school? Tell us," Alexis' mother questioned, her hands on her hips. Her father stood by her and glared down into Alexis' crystal blue eyes.
"I'm sorry," Alexis apologized monotonously, even though she did not regret what she did. This stubborn girl was glad those pills ended her feelings there and then.
However, Alexis was beginning to feel anxious. She hated the hospital to its core that she felt sick in that bed.
Just then, Nico dashed into the ward. "Alexis?! What the hell, you idiot! Why did you do that?! Pain wouldn't end completely just because you chose to feel numb about it for that one night. It wouldn't end for you nor for US," he yelled, trying to get some sense into stupid Alexis.
Alexis blinked as his gaze locked onto hers. Nico....You can't just enter and leave my life like this. Damn you.

Alexis opened the door to her house. She was back after spending a dreadful three days at the hospital, or what she called hell. The heavy air was finally gone and so she inhaled deeply, glad to be home.
"Sis!! I was so worried for you!" Jacqueline cried, holding Alexis' face in her hands. "Mom, dad, what happened to Alexis?"
"Jacque, darling. It's something you don't have to know. Your sister was just.. ill," her mother comforted. "Why don't you take care of her?"
Little Jacqueline nodded and pulled Alexis by her arm into their so called "play room". The two spent the rest of the day together. Jacqueline probed about why Alexis was gone for three days but Alexis would smartly catch on and avoid her questions. She laughed, her younger sister is so precious. She hope to never have to lose her.

"George dear, what do we do about Alexis?" her mother said worriedly. "Her condition would only get worst if we don't do something about it."
"What are we suppose to do about it anyway? We can't tell her anything in case she becomes even more crazy so don't you ever think about it. I seriously hope that kid would stop bringing us any more problems," her father warned, his eyebrows in a tight knot.
"We shouldn't have done that fifteen years ago... We brought this upon ourselves."
"Regina, don't talk to me about the past. You brought it upon us."

Back at school, Alexis isolated herself from everyone else. After all that happened, she was worried that she would act unlike herself again and her actions would only hurt somebody else. Her classmates had yet to give up on finding out more about her. They were still on the go.
"You left this in my house the last time," Daryl appeared in front of a dazed Alexis, throwing a photograph onto her desk. "Take it back."
Alexis looked up at the attractive face that had spoken to her for a second and looked back down at the photography. It wasn't hers.
"It's probably Nico's. I'll return it to him," Alexis replied. "Thanks."
She picked up the photograph and tried her best to think about who it was. The guy in it was wearing a army green hoodie and had a huge scar across his left cheek. Standing beside the stranger was Nico, his distinct facial features standing out to Alexis. She was confused as of where she had seen the man before.
