The doctor was sitting there in her chair, stiff and tall as usual. Though her posture was intimidating, her eyes were soft and there was a smile on her face.

"Hello Hoseok." she said. "How are you today?"

He shrugged. There wasn't much to say.

"We're going to do an activity today with this." she continued, pointing to a ball of yarn. "It won't take very long."

He nodded, intrigued.

"I want you to cut off the amount of yarn you think will reach around your waist, and then again for your thighs."

He froze. "What?"

She gestured to the scissors on her desk. "Go on."

Slowly, he picked up the scissors, trying not to look at the jagged scars on his arms. Carefully, he cut off a large strand and wrapped it around his middle. It went around him almost twice.

"You don't see yourself like everyone else does, Hoseok."
