"So, hypothetically .. what if I told you that I wanted to take you out today?"
You nearly choked on the sandwich in your hands before quickly setting it down, brushing away at any crumbs by your lips. Look at you, assuming the worst despite throwing in the word hypothetical, propping yourself up on your elbow to dismiss away your momentary embarrassment.
"What? For smoothies?" You dodged that bullet with another bite of your sandwich, narrowing your hues in his direction. "I got all of my homework done during study hall." You were proud of yourself for not tripping up your words once again.
"No, no! I mean.. we always go and get smoothies." The dissatisfied pout on his lips gave away the composure you held onto, the snort leaving your lips at the sight. The blonde looked betrayed before flicking the space in between your brows in return. "I'm trying to be serious here, quit laughing at me! What about uh .. a movie or something?"
"And you'd want to go to a movie with me? Nice try." You took another bite of your sandwich before feeling an arm wrap around your shoulders, heat rising into your cheeks and immediately swallowing to try and regain your composure before meeting his hazel gaze. "Is this your attempt at persuading me here?"
The coy smile on his lips didn't hesitate to cause your blush to spread, not expecting him to lean in and press a gentle kiss against your cheek in response.
"You think that worked on you?"

You felt groggy the moment you woke up, a bit confused that you were in your bed and not still in the frat house. And despite your hangover, you were comfortable and cozy. Odd.
