Plan X

Reality hit when Matthew was saying goodbye to Noah. They hugged and their lips touched, Justin hadn't seen much affection like that. He obviously knows people kiss when they love each other, but it was never a big thing in his life. His mom never kissed his dad, and the only other time he's seen it was in movies and at school when that couple would make out in the hallway at 7:30 am.

"Promise you'll come back to me" Noah looked into his eyes and stroked his face. He was a soft rasp to his whisper, Justin could tell he was holding back tears.

"You know I can't promise things like that" Matthew's whisper was different, it was calm and gentle. He was just as scared as his counter part, but he was trying to remain calm to try to keep Noah's emotions under control.

"Please" a desperate beg escaped Noah's mouth

"Okay. I promise"

There was a silence, it wasn't long but it was noticeable. Matthew left swiftly and quietly, leaving his partner pacing in the room. Justin was guessing Jen was close to pushing because the plan was in motion. With a quick motion, the boy called his older counterpart over to help Jen out medically; even if they both didn't know what to do. Justin didn't want any business looking down there, especially when a baby was going to be coming out of it. It was a blessing that Noah could look at that without vomiting. And he wasn't phased by looking at it, it startled Justin how calm the older man was, almost like he's done this so many times. Or maybe he's just seen it all and this was nothing new. He could never tell.

Justin was there for moral support and he liked it that way. The idea of messing up a birth still got to him, there is a lot he could mess up and- the slightest groan brought him back to his senses. He tried to do things that would say "you're doing great" without using words. It was a hard task, Justin would have never thought that using his words would be so crucial. Even so, he tried.

Noah had a worried look on his face,

"What's wrong?" Jen looked at him in distress, thinking something was wrong with her.

"No it's nothing" his voice still had a rasp to it and he swallowed on nothing but air.

"I know Matthew is gone but get your shit together." Justin covered his mouth in shock about what he just said. He thought he was insane, trying to backtrack on his words. The other two stared at him in surprise.

That surprise wouldn't last for long. The pain came back to Jen, stronger than over. Noah got a rang and rolled it into something she can bite. Justin was praying that Matthew would get to the exit in time.

It's been an hour. Noah was getting more restless and Justin was trying his best to keep his calm when everything was going to hell. Tick tick tick... the clock in Justin's head wouldn't stop ticking. Then the alarm- that loud ass alarm. It brought them joy, everything was working out- no...

A scream

It was the scream of being torn apart that rang through the mansion. The screams and cracks of bones being broken. They couldn't hear the tearing of flesh and the eating of the organs it they knew it was happening. It fell quiet after a while of screams, the predators ran out of the mansion looking for the "runaway".  Noah fell to the floor, shaking and softly crying. His love, his everything, his only chance of happiness in a place of death was gone. Was another life taken. Just another stat to tell kids to be careful cause silence is brutal. His friend, his lover, every part of him was gone. He laid on the floor sobbing now that he had the chance; begging that Mathew come back to him, begging for a happy ending.

Justin watched how the man fell but he could not watch for long. He had to tend to Jen cause the baby was coming and Noah was of no help. Not in that mental state. The boy made his way to Jen's legs and for the first time in his life he saw a vagina. He wanted to gag, it wasn't like his friends say it was. Maybe cause a baby was coming out- maybe it was bad timing, either way it wasn't fun. He looked at Jen and told her to push and she did. Justin had no clue what was happening and he didn't know what to do.

"Do what your body tells you-" he tried to look away but Jen grabbed his hand.

"You better make sure my baby comes out okay"

This was a first time in a month that they heard each other's speaking tones. It was soothing in a way to know that they had speaking voices. Nonetheless, Justin watched in horror as the baby slid out of the girl in front of him. When it was out it just laid there crying, and then with a few more pushes a placenta laid on top on it. Jen had to take the lead since Justin wasn't going to touch it. She grabbed her baby girl and threw the placenta out the window. She said that it would buy them time cause the predators would be sniffing it. The whole thing was a blood gross mess that Justin never thought he would witness. That's something to tell his mom- he imagined what it would be like to tell his own mother that he delivered a child.

It stopped crying, just in time, the exit door closed and the predators were back on the hunt. Just a few more days of hell, a few more days.
