"Are you sure this is okay?"
You asked the girl who's dragging you to the park.

"For the last time (Y/n)! It's fine! We can go out"
Jennie replied in frustration. Making you instantly feel bad.

"I'm sorry...It's just I was worried last night. You had to rush out of my apartment at 3 am because your boss called you and said that it was urgent. I'm...I'm just worried"
You told her as the both of you stopped for a second.

"You're cute when you ramble"
She tiptoed to your level before giving you a peck on your cheek.

"Jennie! Your mask! Don't remove it, people might recognize you!"
You hushed as the girl only giggled at your reaction.

"Oh hush (Y/n)! Let's go!"
Jennie turned around giving you a wink before sprinting towards the Ice Cream store while giggling.

You could've sworn that your heart just exploded and it fel like you fell in love again. This girl is too much for your heart.

"Don't do that"
(Y/n) said as you caught up to her.

"Do what?"
She asked obliviously

"Don't be too fucking adorable. My heart can't take it"
You poked her cheek before smiling cheekily

Jennie blushed crimson as she did a small shriek before playfully punching your shoulder.

Chuckling lightly, you hugged the girl beside you tightly as your chest vibrated with her laugh.

The rest of the day went smoothly. The both of you doing what you usually love to do outside. It was getting darker and the both of you were skating through the public rink.

Skating to the sides, the both of you laughed at how many times you almost fell face first.

"You're still bad at this"
Jennie teased as the both of you returned your skates.

"No I'm not! I think my skates are broken!"
You whined, shaking the pair of shoes that you were holding

"Yeah yeah keep telling yourself that"
She teased making you sulk.

The both of you went to overlooking hill. Your favourite place. The night city view was spectacular and the fresh air was breezing. Not to mention the calm and peaceful atmosphere there.

You and Jennie leaned into the railing, gazing into the night sky. The girl beside you was fidgeting uncontrollably and she keeps on biting her nail. You knew that it was something.

"Jennie? What's wrong?"
You asked as you wrapped an arm around her shoulder.

"Huh? I-it's nothing"
She mumbled as she looked down

"Hey we've been together for a year now...I know if something is wrong and you can tell me. It's alright"
You cooed as she looks at you. Sadness evident on her hazel orbs.
