Yeosang POV

I smile at the news. It hurts so bad... "I'm so happy for you..." I lie, fake smiling. "Yeosang, are you ok?" Wooyoung asks worriedly. I sniffle. "Oh yeah, it's just that my mom is sick..." I lie again.  "Oh... I hope she gets better." Wooyoung smiles. I fake laugh as I shake my head. "I doubt she'll get better from cancer." I mumble, tears refreshing. San and Wooyoung stay quiet and when I look up, they're kissing. I abruptly stand up and leave the cafe, wiping my tears.

"Hey honey, what's wrong?" My mom asks when I walk into the house, closing the door behind me. "I went to a cafe because Wooyoung told me he had good news. Now he and San are dating." I throw my backpack on the floor. "Aw, I'm sorry sweetheart..." She hugs me lovingly. "I'm sorry I've troubled you Mom. I need to go study, I'll be up in my room if you need me." I force a smile. She sighs but nods. I run up the stairs after grabbing my backpack and head into my room.

I manage to take San and Wooyoung off my mind and actually study a bit. After studying the parts of class I struggle in most, I take a small break by cleaning my room up a bit. "Yeosang! Come down here and answer the door please!" My mother calls right after I'm done. "Coming Mom!" I close my door behind me as I walk downstairs and open the door.

"Hi Yeosang!" San says cheerfully. "Oh, hi..." I allow Wooyoung and San into the house by stepping aside. Great, just when I thought I could get them off my mind... I close the door behind them, walking into the kitchen. "Hi Mrs. Kang!" Wooyoung said cheerfully "Hi Wooyoung. Who is this young man?" She raises a brow at San, knowing just by the look on my face. "This is San, Wooyoung's boyfriend." I gesture. "Nice to meet you. I would shake your hand but mine are little bit dirty with food." She shrugged. "Nice to meet you Mrs. Kang." San bows. "Please, just call me ma'am. And Wooyoung, you know I told you to me call Mom!" She scolded. "Sorry Mom." He giggles.

~~~~
"What's your room look like now?" Wooyoung asks, heading up the stairs. "If you think I'm going to show you my room, think again." I mumble, jingling the (fake but they don't need to know that) keys in my hand. "Damn..." He frowns. "Wooyoung watch your language!" My mother yells from the the kitchen. "Sorry!" He apologizes. "You have a cat?!" San says excitedly. "Oh, yeah. Her name is Tiger." I mumble, sitting on the couch. "She seems nice." He murmurs. "You're just lucky, she bit me when she first met me." Wooyoung snorted. "That's because you were loud and annoying when you first met her." I grumbled. San giggled as he continued to play with her. When Wooyoung walked up, she hissed at him and ran into my arms. "Damn... So mean." He said, feigning hurt.
San rolls his eyes and sits next to me, his thighs touching mine. I tense up and scoot away from him a bit. "Why'd you scoot away?" San asks curiously. "Yeosang doesn't like sitting really close to people who are in a relationship. It makes him feel weird." Wooyoung answers. "Oh..." San nods understandingly. "I don't mind though." "I do. I feel like I'm intruding the space of your loved one and it doesn't feel right. It's basically me feeling like I'm making them cheat, I guess you could say?" I shrug, scratching Tiger under her chin. He nods and interlocks his hands with Wooyoung's.
"Boys! Dinner is ready!" My mom calls, which I'm thankful for. I stand up, Tiger still in my arms, and head towards the kitchen/dining area. I walk into the kitchen and set her down, grabbing her can pf food and opening it. She meows impatiently as I put her food in her bowl, and set it down. Once I back away, she instantly starts to eat. I throw away her can and wash my hands before I go sit at the table.
