Y/N's POV:

I pulled away realizing what had just happened, I was shocked at what I did. This was wrong, he's my best friend.

Y/n: mattia we cant

M: why not?

Y/n: we're best friends and this is gonna ruin our friendship mattia. It can't happen I'm sorry, You should go.

M: no y/n just talk to me please

Y/n: can we just forget it happen-

I look at him realizing what I just said, I shouldn't have said that. He had a sad look on his face but it looked like he had anger in his eyes as well.

M: are you fucking kidding me y/n, I love you and I know you love me too, I'm in love with you and we FINALLY kiss, and this is how you react, you've got to be joking, I cannot believe you!!

Before I could say anything he got out and left. I stood there crying for a little bit and honestly I don't even know why I reacted that way. Why was he so mad, I just don't want to ruin our friendship, and then it hit me, oh my god I'm so stupid. He just told me he was in love with me, why didn't I catch that sooner

Y/n: Im such a fucking idiot I swear

I get out of my room, grab my keys and leave. I was heading towards mattias house, I have to tell him how I feel too. I get to the house and his mom answers the door

MP: hey y/n is everything okay? Mattia just got here like 30 minutes ago and he seemed upset

Y/n: i just need to talk things out with him

MP: well come in, go ahead he's in his room

Y/n: okay thank you

MP: y/n

Y/n: Mande?
(Translation: "yes ma'am?")

MP: you two we're meant for each other and it shows. If your scared that it's not going to work out, don't worry about that right now mija, live in the moment and enjoy your moments together because those are gonna be the most precious things in life. You not being true to your feelings is going to be what hurts your friendship, not the other way around.

My eyes started to tear up but I didn't let myself cry, I go up to her and hug her

Y/n: thank you ma i love you

She looks at you and smiles, you haven't called her that since you were a little kid

MP: I love you too y/n, now go talk to Mattia

Y/n: ok

You head down to his room and you open the door, it was silent so you go towards his bed and see him laying down, he was so cute when he slept. You bend down and try to wake him up

Y/n: Mattia?

M: hmm

Y/n: mattia wake up I wanna talk to you
