my mum practically fainted when she saw dried blood above my lips and a huge bruise by my jaw. Ryder was strong but he didn't break any bone of mine.

my mum wanted me to stay home for a few days but i refused. why should i be the one to cower away?

i left the house after dinner, and walked to the park again. i loved it there. it was always our little hideaway from the rest of the world. shame that she forgot all about me and mainly, the times we shared together.
