Peep the Chaotic Suga 😎☝️
----------------------------------------------------------------------Daichi's POV
"....."
"Mr. Sawamura?"
My mouth was trapped shut, tightened with steel bolts.
Why him?! There's plenty of other brainiacs in the school!
"Oh," the principal paused thoughtfully. "Mr. Sugawara would you please give us a few more moments alone?"
"Of course, I understand." Suga turned to give me a weak smile and quietly shuffled out of the room.
My principal let out a deflating sigh as the door creaked to a close. He rubbed his calloused hands on his face before addressing me.
"I've heard of your small quarrels with Sugawara from your teachers. And so I think this would be a great experience for the two of you to bond. He still is a new transfer student after all."
After a few seconds of silence, he spoke up again.
"I know you don't like this arrangement, but there aren't any other options on the table. You are to leave this room and plan study sessions with Sugawara, understood?"
What has my life come to..........needing help from a total stranger.
"......Yes sir."
I bowed my head before begrudgingly turning towards the door. My hand slowly twisted the polished knob to reveal the bane of my existence before me.
Sugawara leaned against the bright wooden walls, immersing himself in a textbook. The sound of my footsteps reached him as his head perked up in my direction. Bright hazel eyes pierced my chocolate ones as we locked gazes.
If I didn't hate him so much, I'd almost go as far to call this little exchange cute. He's not bad looking to begin with-
I abruptly shook my head, interjecting my train of thought.
This is why everyone has been blindly following him. His dumb, shiny, silvery hair. His stupid, bright smile. Worst of all, that simple beauty mark that rested on the edge of his eye.
No matter what I did to stop it, heat continuously rose to the peaks of my ears.
I won't become another one of his followers.
"Daichi! So I assume I'll be your tutor for the time being?" He shot me once again another smile, although this time it was more beaming and radiant than before.
"Yeah.....that's what the school is forcing me into anyways," I grumble under my breath.
Sugawara seemed unfazed by my statement, either lack of comprehension or pure ignorance. He ripped off a piece of paper from his notebook, frantically scribbling down some information.
"So I was thinking maybe 2 times a week would work? Maybe more or less if things begin to change?" I took a glance at the paper he was scribbling on a minute ago. The grip on his pencil looked a little more strained than before. The exposed blue veins were almost concerning.
"Yeah sure," I replied. "Let's just go with that."
"Great and here's my address and number. If you need anything just text me!" Sugawara shoved the paper in my hands and slammed his textbook shut.
And with that, he was off.
