I woke up with a massive headache today. The throbbing wouldnt stop so i tried to drink an advil but there still was some pain left. I started to get cramps, its probably because I havent ate anything yet. I look over at the clock and it was 12:07. I tried to stand up and go to the kitchen to prepare lunch for myself but i stumble back down because of the pain coursing thru my body. The only person that pops into my mind is my boyfriend.
I grabbed my phone and try my best to hold it up but my arm is shaking really bad. "Hey siri call baby dino" i struggle to say and let our a shaky breath

I dont really know why but tears stared to fall down my face. I think its because of my body pains and mattia ignoring me.
"Ouchhh!" I scream out in pain while clutching my stomach really hard. I was now having a full breakdown, too much emotions and now my head starts spinning. "Hey s-siri call-call nicoco" i could barely get those words out.

Nicos POV
i was a few minutes away from y/ns house but i decided to pick up some food first since it was lunch time alresdy. I got some wonton noodle soup, milk duds, and a milkshake. I texted her that i was a few minutes out but i highly doubt shell reply.
I found a parking spot near her house, grabbed the food and got out of the car. I walked up to her house and got the spare key under the mat and inserted it into the lock. As i opened the door, i called out her name, "y/n?!" No reply. I walked up to her room and saw her laying in her bed asleep. I put my hand on her shoulder and shook her lightly and tried to wake her. Her skin was burning up and her hairs were stuck on her forehead because she was sweating a lot. "Oh my god y/n, are you okay? You're burning up!"
Y/Ns pov
Thank goodness nico was here because i felt like i was gonna faint from starvation. "Thank you for coming." I told nico while getting teary-eyed. "Hey hey come here don't cry" he said while hugging me.
"I brought you your favorite soup, lets eat some so i could give you medicine for your fever." He said while grabbing a chair and placed it beside my bed. He propped some pillows behind me and helped me sit up. Nico just finished feeding me the soup and a couple of wontons, but i had this weird feeling in the pit of my stomach- i was gonna puke. With all my strength that was left in me, i got up and ran to the bathroom and vomited my lunch. I sat on the bathroom floor and just gave up. Nico followed shortly after and ask what was wrong because he noticed i started crying again. Before i could cough up an answer, i saw mattia standing by the doorframe.
"What is going in here?" Mattia asks. I couldn't make up what he was thinking about because his face looked really confused. "Your girlfriend is sick mattia, where were you? She couldn't even move, she was burning up, and now shes puking out her lunch."
I laid back against the wall, closed my eyes really tight, and tried to control my breathing. My world was spinning and the body pains started to come back.
"She literally had to call a friend because her boyfriend was too busy doing god knows what!!" Nico said angrily at mattia. "You good y/n? Got everything out?" He asked while stroking my hair. I nodded quickly and all i said was "bed". I guess he understood what i said because next thing i know, i was on my bed.
"Shoot- i, uhmm, i-" nico cut off mattia and said "if you can handle taking care of her, im gonna leave now. Heres her medicine. Bro you better make it up to her." My eyes were glued shut because of the pain. All i heard was shuffling around the room and felt warmth next to me. "Text me if you need anything else y/n/n, okay?" Nico said while giving me a hug and i guess mattia walked him out because it was silent for a bit.
The bed dipped and mattia snaked his arms around my waist, holding me close. "Y/n im so so sorry for shutting you out earlier." I just listened to his voice to try and ease away the pain. He held my head in his hands while stroking my hair. "Bubs im just gonna grab your medicine okay?" I whimpered at the sudden loss of touch. Mattia helped me up and gave me medicine, he held up the water bottle to my mouth so i could drink, i guess he figured out how weak my body was because i couldn't even hold the water bottle myself. "Can we cuddle please?" Is all i could say. "Of course baby" mattia held me as i was the little spoon, i snuggled into his chest and started to drift asleep.
