•3rd Person's POV•

After she prepared herself for today's celebration with her co-workers, Jennie looks at the mirror one last time and head out to the dining area. Somehow feeling something she couldn't explain.

While Jisoo of course, is the one who arrange their brunch.

'Maybe she's a chef before she lost her memories' Jennie just shrug at her own thoughts and found herself standing few feets away from Jisoo.

They woke up late because of last night's agenda and luckily for the lawyer, the party will start at noon so that means she still have some time to prepare.

The two, at the same time took their seats but didn't look at each other, trying to hide their both blushing face.

Let's just say that they found themselves in each others embrace earlier when they woke up, cuddling like some sweet couple.

Remembering that last night, right after Jisoo plopped down on Jennie's bed saying that she'll just rest for a couple of minutes, the both of them 'accidentally' fall asleep while sharing the same bed.

Not that Jennie mind though, she's just surprised. Jisoo is quite cuddly to be honest.

"ehem!"

She looks at Jisoo and asks if she's alright while offering some water. The other girl nodded and awkwardly drink some to hydrate herself.

"ah.. I just wanna ask if the food is.. um, good?" Noticing that the lawyer isn't eating that much.

Jennie look at her plate, it's true that her food is barely touched. "ah! its good! I swear, its just that um..." she trails off.

What should she say? That she couldn't focus on her food because she keeps on thinking about Jisoo? That her body is so warm that she just wants to cuddle in the bed with her all day and ditch that party?

The dumpling like girl tried to think another reason but still stick with, "eh.. I'm thinking about something, yeah. Work related."

Jisoo just nodded her head and proceed to eat her food, but not before refilling Jennie's glass with some orange juice.

The action made the other girl smile and did the same thing for Jisoo, as for the result, she received a heart-shaped smile from the girl.

And so, the brunch continued and both of the girls knew that they didn't mess things up between their growing 'friendship'.

After eating brunch, or more likely late lunch, Jisoo offered to accompany the lawyer up until they're at the parking lot.

The other girl insist at first but Jisoo said that she'll take some walk outside, so now here they are, both standing right beside Jennie's car and waiting until one of them say something.

Jennie know that they will stay like that until one of them speak, so she took the lead. "um.. Jisoo-yah? Thanks for the brunch, by the way."

Way to go to start a conversation between you and the girl you shared your bed with. Nice.

"Its nothing.. and i know you can handle that work." Jisoo said and did a little cheer for her. Not knowing that the whole 'work related' thing is a lie.

She knows that it's bad to lie, but she needs to escape the situation earlier, it leaves her no choice.

The lawyer smile at her sincerely while watching the other girl. 'Cute Chu-leader' she thought.
