Chapter Fourteen:

"So homework is to read through 'Pride and prejudice' and tell me what you think the ending shall be." Michael dismisses the class.

"Hey Urm Mr Clifford." I wave over to him.

"Yes Tamara?" He sits down at his desk and starts typing on his laptop.

"I've got my English 1000 word essay here."

"Good leave it on my desk." I walk over and place it on his desk.

"See you tommrow sir." I wave to him and walk out of school.

"Hey!" Ariana shouts over to me.

"Hey sis where's Christian?" I ask getting in.

"Well we kind of broke up."

I think of saying good and saying about how much of a doushe he is but decide to keep quiet.

"Oh." I look down at the floor.

"I know what you think of him Tamara, he's not as bad as you think." She sighs starting up the car.

"I don't think of him like you think I think of him, I just knew he was trouble."

"Huh, like Taylor Swift?"

I chuckle. "Sure."

I turn on the radio as 'Prayer In C' comes on my sister sings along i plug in my headphones and listen to Pierce The Veil.

"So?" Alice says.

"Your hair looks nice honestly!" She's dyed it brown and blonde ombré.

"Thanks. But really? A brief conversation?"

"Alice we was in school."

"He didn't even offer to take you home?"

"He knows my sister picks me up!"

"So?"

"He's my teacher."

"True."

There was a knock on my door.

"Tamara it's for you." My sister says.

I walk downstairs to see Michael.

"Oh I've missed you Tamara." He pulls me into a tight hug and pecks me on the lips.

"I've missed you to." I say into his chest.

"Listen I have something to tell you and ask."

"Go for it." I say pulling away.

"I'm going on a road trip, back to Australia."

"Oh." I say. I shut the door and guide him into the lounge.

"But I was wondering, if you wanted to come with me?" I look up.

"I would love to."

"But your mum school?"

"My mums on a business trip the entire holiday. We finshed school yesterday?"

"Oh yeah. Well we leave on Saturday."

"Great! I guess I will see you then?"

"Yeah. Your acting strange Tamara?"

I felt privileged but I wanted Alice and Ariana to come.

"Can Alice and Ariana come? I mean they've always wanted to go to Australia?"

"Sure." He smiled.

"See you tomorrow then?"

"Yeah."

I lead him out when I notice a man stood at the door when I open it.

"Excuse me who are you?" I ask. He faces me. "Oh my god. "
