Chapter 1.5 'NO IT CANT BE-'

We looked around Nekomarus body. I was devastated that we lost one of our strongest classmates. Akane was still crying I wanted to give her a giant hug. Nagito oh no that guy has gone hope crazy. I noticed Nekomaru tried to fight back but something had jumped onto him. I saw tiny bite marks then Tanaka came in. I greeted him with a wave but he looked away. We were good friends why was he ignoring me? I sighed and we finished the investigation. Now was onto the tough part. The trial. I waited in the elevator Fuyuhiko next to me. I waited for it to go down and I sighed. When the doors opened we walked in. We stood at our posts then Monokuma explained the trial to us. I listened and cut people's words. I dove into this thing called a logic drive- pretty self explanatory. I then realized something I didn't want to believe. It was him...the person who taught me what I needed to know about dark magic. "Gundham..was it you?" I tilted my head and he laughed. He smiled "Well done mortal" he sighed and I almost broke down there. "ALRIGHT KIDDOS CAST YOUR VOTES!" Monokuma yelled and Monomi was tied up. Poor Monomi. I voted like everyone else. We voted Gundham Tanaka. The wheel spun and landed on him and he sighed "Sonia the dark princess." He started "please live and be happy!" He smiled and then Monokuma started the execution. Monokuma was riding on bulls and other animals. Gundham set his hamsters down and made a spell. He didn't protect himself. He protected his hamsters. I was on the edge of tears then his hamsters came up to me. I picked them up, put them in my jacket, and left the trial. I was crying by the time I hit the beach. I was devastated and then I heard footsteps. I was then greeted by a group hug of 3 people. Chiaki, Mahiru, and Fuyuhiko had all come over to hug me. I hugged them back and they took me to my room. We all sat down, Mahiru and Fuyuhiko on the floor, and we all began talking. The devas next to me were sad but I let them curl up in my lap. We talked until the night time announcement went off. I was tired and so were the others. We decided that Fuyuhiko had to go sense he was a boy and Mahiru would stay the night. I knew I had to protect Mahiru, Fuyuhiko, and Chiaki with my life. Nothing should happen to them. I shut my eyes as I laid down. We all said goodnight before Chiaki and Mahiru drifted off into sleep. I drifted off slowly after them. In the middle of the night I heard footsteps. I sat up to see Chiaki on the ground. She seemed scared. I offered her to come lay with me and she crawled up next to me. I laid back with her and she curled up hugging me. I let her stay there and we ended up falling asleep cuddling. It was warm during the night and the devas slept with Mahiru. Mahiru didn't mind it sense the devas went through a lot along with me. Chiaki sleeping next to me got ride of my nightmares of Gundhams death. I was happy to have her by my side in this awful killing game. We had each other and I knew. If we go down we'll go down together. As the sun rose we didn't know until the announcement to get up went off. Great another killing game day.
