I guess this is my 8-9 jobs so far, and I'm 25 this year.
I wanna talk about the recent job I got fired so far.
I live in China, worked in a local brand company, it's kinda like a institution English school for teaching adults, my job titled was CC(course consultant)
I was really excited to get that job, because it sounds cool and also I had some experience for sales and I do speak some of English. I was so confident to get this job. And also they wanted me to work for them so bad.
I took this job and everything was fine, but the CD(center director) was a bitch.
Shes a woman, 33-35 ish years old, and she liked to judged people, she said I looked weird with my blush, I dressed ugly and my makeups ugly too, my eyeshadow was too shining, I should tie my hair up ECT. BUT, I was not the only girl that put hair down. She was so picking on me for some reason.
My boyfriend told me that she was a bitch. Then I agreed.
I was trying to fit it so hard. I got a really good performance at the first month actually m, and I gained praise too. I was kinda popular at the school too, everyone knows me, and they liked me.
Since changed from one day
There was a customer with her friend, the customer was my friend, and she wanted to study English, so she found me, but CD, her names Summer.
She was pushing my friend so much, and my friend felt so uncomfortable so she came out the consultant room, she was taking to her friend in the public area, and her friend was so mad and fierce about Summer.
Summer commanded me to separate them, because Summer said her friend would stop my friend to buy the course.
I was quite embarrassed about this, but I listened to Summer.
After I stood by them, the customer's friend was so MAD, and she started to swear at me, for like an half hour, I couldn't stand it, but wasn't mad at her.
I was just chilling and talking to other coworkers at that time.
Then Summer saw me and let me go into a small room, and she was swearing at me too, the way she talked to me like how she talked to her dogs
Just something like: SIT, I command you sit now, sit and talk to me. I told her I couldn't sit, because my legs felt sore. She said: SIT!!!! She was actually yelling too.
This made me confused and mad. And she basically said everything about me was wrong m. I shouldn't say thank you to the customer's friend. I shouldn't say this shouldn't say that.
I told her what I should do I can change and be better
Then she said I should be arrogant, THIS IS MAKING ME SO PISSED OFF
I throw the door, and left.
I just couldn't stand all of these things I had to deal with two CRAZY people
I left and told the one customer's friend " fuck you"
Then she was crazy. She started to throw a bottle to me, and pushed me. Then I kicked her ass. She fell down. That's it. I swore at her: you son of bitch. Cunt something like this. She said: how good great you think you can speak English.
I was kinda happy because, yeah I just can so what
I picked off all my stuff and left.
